Fantastic apartment super clean and really plush. Would definitely book again one of the best we've stayed in. Beds were so comfy with quality pillows and duvet. As we couldn't check in till after reception had closed we called the customer service number which is open till 4am. The apartment is called Charles Hope but accessed through new York apartments over the phone we were guided in and let in electronically through each door. It should be made a little clearer on the booking instructions but do not let this put you off.

The need to have ID for every adult in the flat for "health and safety" reasons is ridiculous. The flat itself was very nice though.

The apartment was fantastic! Done to a very high standard, fully equip kitchen. Definitely will be back.

Really lovely stay! Clean and peaceful apartment with access to gym, lounge area etc. However, finding the location was difficult and could have been explained better in the check-in email

Absolutely stunning apartment. The management company were spot on when guiding us to the access to the buildings/apartment. Little shop around the corner for essentials and a short walk from the main shopping area. No car park on site however we found ones a five minute walk away which were convenient and safe. Can’t wait to stay in here again.
