The place overall was excellent tidy and the staff was excellent on email and getting back to you with assistance. I will recommend them to others.

check-in/check-out was confusing. No one there to help with that. Just a code on the door with no deadbolt so it didn’t really feel secure once I was in there. room smelled like cigarettes and bathroom was moldy. Weird stains on the sheets. Overall pretty unpleasant but it was quiet so I’ll give them that

The bathroom was very tired and in need of renovation. Ceiling fan very noisy

Room & bathroom clean. Complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Fridge, which is useful as there are no catering facilities on site. Bed comfortable. Iron & Ironing board / hairdryer provided Onsite parking Close to Eastrop park, Basingstoke and a short walk to town centre

Was okay but no atmosphere

Terrible stay. Nobody on site and the phone number rang for 15 minutes before anyone answered. The watsapp service was even slower. Poor service and very unhelpful. I wasn’t able to check in until 1.5 hours after check in time. Room was not clean, there were holes and marks on the walls where things had been moved around and repaired poorly. The shower and taps dripped instead of running.
