Lady at desk was lovely. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but for the night it was a perfect room

Service at the bar yo check in was with a smile quick and easy. Room was small but adequate very clean and bed was very comfortable. Telly worked plus loved the black out blind too. All in all excellent value for money. Many Thanks

Not very clean. Walls covered in various marks. Most surfaces covered in dust. Toilet brush filthy. Tv channels not working properly.

The room was clean, totally satisfied with it but it was very cold. I came with 2 children, we needed to keep our jackets on until we went to bed. The heater its not enough for that long room as only heat 1- meters so needs long time fir the entire room to get warm.

Great place to stay the bar staff and chefs super friendly with service to match I highly recommend the curry and a pint Game of bingo Happy day's

Unfortunately tune rooms are very noisy situated above the bar and the fire alarm went off in the early hours. Appreciated that fire alarm is out of their control. Hotel is adequate and fair for the price but a bit to loud for me

Friendly staff, clean and spacious double room. Early check in and late check out allowed. Great breakfast.

Usually stay here when in Birmingham. Staff always very friendly, can't do enough for you. Clean room comfy bed and great position for bus stop or train into Brum

Great room, shower was hot and powerful and the room was clean on arrival. Lovely welcome when checking in will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great place to stay, safe were friendly and location was convenient.

Very basic, no tea coffee or water, no where to put your towels in the bathroom or anything. TV would not work, no instructions . Walls are not very sound proof as room9 next to us talked on her phone from 2am until 4am when I banged on her door, she still had a loud whisper until 5am !! Told we could have breakfast on the 2nd of January 2025 but came down to sorry short staffed,

Rooms, very, very basic. Dubious stains & marks on all walls & carpets. Room was freezing cold when arrived. Walls paper thin & could hear talking in next door room. When checking in needed photo ID before they give you the room key & remote control for television! They seemed unimpressed that we had booked 5 rooms through a third party & not directly with the hotel because they did not get all the payment when booked this way.

Overall the place was great.. just really disappointed that when i needed help on specific reasons for an early checkout that i was not supported

The hotel provided amenities like soap, body wash and towels. But, there was no stand to keep the bodywash, no towel rods to keep the towel in the bathroom. It doesn't cost that much, and it only shows the poor effort/thoughtfulness in providing service.
