Comfy bed, adequate room, easy system for check in and out. Great location, seriously excellent location. Fab Indian restaurant next door, really good Italian restaurant literally 5 mins walk up the street. The promenade really close. They don’t do breakfast so basic room but time the parking right and we had 2 free nights parking 5pm-8am. Definitely will stay again. Very good value for money.

Clean room, good location, free overnight parking outside. Room had everything it needed despite being small. Just quite hot and could hear the heating turning on and off. Easy security. Good for a one night stay.

Beach access very good and very close to shops and diners. The staff are very friendly and keep the rooms clean and tidy at all times

the room was spotlessly clean the guy(staff)on the desk was very helpful in telling us were to park as theres no carpark attached to the hotel .we had tp pay for parking on a carpark over the road .the location is spot on as its practically on sea front and on main row of bars and shops .the bed was really comfy and peaceful no noise at all .enjoyed our stay

Radiators not warm, did not stay. Too cold in the room. Manager said no other room available. I asked for a refund. Not good enough for a 3 star.
