Good hotel. Hotel food is great and price is reasonable. Lots of activities around hotel. A river next to hotel is very beautiful.

Stayed here many times. Fantastic hotel in a beautiful area.

The annex room was beautiful and catered for our dog well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed playing scrabble in the bar.

Nice location spoilt by dogs allowed every where and not controlled. Dogs in restaurant with poor supervision. If you are not happy with dogs around your table for dinner don't go. Spoilt by poor dog owners and no restrictions by hotel! Hotel very tired...

Bar area and beer garden excellent

The room was nice and spacious, but the walls were unfortunately paper thin. We could hear absolutely everything going on in the room next to us, and it seems both beds were placed against the same wall because the conversation of the people next door was very audible. They were drunk and beligerent and would not keep it down until 2:30 AM when they finally shut up. Unfortunately, there's no night porter at this property so the only thing we could do is tell them to keep it down, which they, of course, ignored. There was an emergency number left at reception but we couldn't get in touch. With that in mind, I think the hotel absolutely needs to invest in noise insulation or simply hire staff who can kick out unruly guests at night.

Very well located, close to the centre of Killin and the various places of interest. Plenty of parking, quiet setting. Comfortable lounge area, bar and restaurant. Room was well stocked with tea, coffee and water as well as shower wash and hand soap. Evening food has plenty of choice and very good. I would advise booking as the restaurant got really busy when we were there. Good choice of breakfast which was a buffet style. Staff were really good, welcoming and really helpful

The hotel was fine. Killin is a difficult place to get to if you aren't driving (and it's on a Sunday). The hotel wouldn't help us book a cab from the bus stop that was 3 miles away and a walk on a two lane road with traffic both ways and no sidewalk. We managed it but I would not recommend. Perhaps they don't have enough taxis there but even as I asked multiple times the only thing they told me was that they wouldn't book taxi service for guests. So, a learning curve. The hotel itself was fine. No early check in and they just put your bags in the open lobby if you want to drop them off and leave. I would likely pay a bit more and stay elsewhere next time.

Stay was ok bed was a little hard but each person is different to be far pillows very thin and our shower would not work had to bath and I have a hernia I did mention to staff when leaving so hopefully they will sort that got to say we did have a amazing curry just some small things could make this a very good hotel location gorgeous.

I had a very comfortable stay (only for one night due to walking the Rob Roy Way) at Killin Hotel. The view is stunning, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

The staff at the hotel was anything but helpful or accommodating! Put us in a room that was not what we booked and did nothing to try to reconcile the issue. Even more, was very dishonest in their reasoning as to why we didn't receive the room we booked. I can't recommend enough to find other accommodations!

Clean and ok but don`t use the elevator

Vi anlände ganska sent så receptionen ville nog gå hem. Lite stressigt. Rent rum. Vänlig personal i restaurangen som försökte göra vad de kunde för att vara tillmötesgående. Dåligt med parkering närmast hotellet men på andra sidan gatan fanns det gott om parkeringsplatser. Frukosten bestod av buffé men kunde kompletteras med annat varmt som bönor, blackpudding etc... Klart godkänt hotell.
