Lovely friendly lady Sue welcoming you and taking care of any requests. Very convenient location. Compromise is it is on the main road so noisy in the morning.

When we arrived the owners weren't there, but when we spoke to them on the phone they told us how to gain access to the property and our room and couldn't be any more helpful if they tried. Great location in the centre of Bowness, traffic noise early morning is something to consider if you are not used to it. Comfy bed and tv linked to the internet.

Location is perfect, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, a 5 min walk to Bowness pier. Room is very clean. Close to Main Street- hear vehicle sounds during night.

Great place to stay in Windermere right in the town centre close to all the shops and restaurants. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable, slept like a baby. Continental breakfast (due to Covid) was ok, but would have preferred proper breakfast. Highly recommended

B & B was very well located with parking , excellent friendly service , clean great hot breakfast tea / coffee in room too

The room was sparse but had the basics. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but slept ok.

Good peaceful Hotel in the middle of Bowness, great access to shop and eateries, staff were pleasant and very helpful with local knowledge

Smallish room but well located and perfect as we were out most of 5ge day walking. Looked over car park but quiet and tge staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts.

Good location, very clean, compact but adequate for a one night stay. Sue was very welcoming and helpful. Great location for the Lake and town access to bars restaurants shops etc. Breakfast was very good. Good free wifi, TV ok, all you need.

Very disappointing. Was located on a busy street and very noisy. Small room and shower didn't work.

So glad we found this b & b Ally and Linda were so lovely and very helpful The breakfast was excellent and they couldn't do enough to please us We will definitely be recommending this place to all our friends and family So clean and peaceful and excellent location

We were very well and friendly treated. The staff went out of their way to meet all our needs. they gave us very good information about routes and restaurants in their area. I shall definetly stay their again.
