酒店位置很好，后面就是前往科茨沃尔德的公交车站，作为中转一晚的地点还是不错的，只是这种老房子都没有电梯，我们安排在了四楼，而且四楼是层高最矮的，房间有点小，不过总体还可以，爷爷人很好，早餐比较简单

這不是酒店，只是6、7間房的民宿！這民宿由一對印度夫婦經營！

On the 6th floor, no lift, no parking, no local charge points for electric vehicles and basic amenities

The style and spaciousness of the room was lovely. The only negative was that the bathroom was so cold because the radiator wasn't working.

Great location. Clean, Large room. Easy check in process. Only thing missing was a coffee machine. Would definitely stay again .

Great location and helpful staff on site

Really well placed hotel with brilliant amenities. The rooms have been well thought through, beautifully designed and with all you need for self catering. Extremely well located for easy access to Cheltenham. Town is walkable as are many bars and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, though access to windows from outside made it feel unsafe in a very bustling nightlife town centre with no security on windows and no aircon, so we had to open the windows for air flow. The mini-fridge was moldy with a small bottle of milk. There was a half empty glass container of granola, which we assume was the “breakfast” in the advertisement, but did not eat as there wasn’t enough for the two person reservation nor clean enough to look sanitary. Linens were clean and room was cozy. We didn’t get the code until less than an hour before scheduled check-in when the ad says 24 hours and the email 2-3 hours before, so we fretted that the reservation even was held during our 3 hour drive there with no communication until the last minute. Comfortable enough, for a single night stay for a business trip, it was fine. Would not recommend as a holiday stay, nor one that someone is accustomed to decent hotel service. Definitely a maximum 2-star situation. But kind enough email communication and clean lined to sleep in.

Polite and helpful staff. Very attentive. Regularly checked whether we needed anything. Tea, coffee and biscuits available.Toiletries also provided . Very convenient to shops, eateries etc. ,Taxi service available close by. Highly recommend

The room was beautiful, even nicer in person than expected. Good parking options right outside the door and staff was helpful with every request. Would definitely stay here again.

Tidy and Clean

Great location to explore Cheltenham. Perfect for a group of 3 friends. Quiet, very comfortable beds, clean, spacious. Having a kitchenette area was a real bonus although only kitted out for two people in terms of glasses. We only stayed overnight but would be great for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend.

Central and stylish

Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold but we sent a message to the number provided in the room and it was turned on so result!!! Wi-fi was also turned off in the morning but that wasn't an issue for us.
