Very nice ambiance Qiuet and peaceful Nice lady in charge of hotel

We had a lovely stay, the beautiful surroundings made it very peaceful and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was not being able to walk to any restaurants.

Lovely quaint property with lovely surroundings, even ducks on the lake Property was very clean with just what you needed for your stay, breakfast was cooked fresh with plenty of options from cereal, fruit & cooked breakfast

was very enjoyable, especially the beautiful garden and stream with the baby ducks

Just checked out of tonge barn , it was absolutely amazing, from check in through to check out, the service from the lovely lady making breakfast and from the gentleman who checked me in , both so welcoming and nothing too much trouble, the thing that sticks out the most is how clean and well looked after the property is , the garden is also stunning. Credit to the people who have achieved this definitely 10/10

Good clean warm friendly service

Accommodation was lovely. Separate lounge area with microwave, fridge and comfie recliner were a real bonus. Shower was lovely and the bed was comfie. Everything also spotlessly clean. Would recommend.

Loved the hosts, my room was gorgeous! Brekkie was STUNNING and I felt really well looked after. The grounds are immaculate and it was 10/10 all round! Thank you so much!

We had a short but relaxing stay in this delightful and beautiful location. It’s unlike any place that we’ve stayed in before,either in the UK or abroad. A charming mix of barn conversion, modern facilities and friendly staff.

We were visiting family in Sittingbourne and Tonge Barn was the perfect location. Quiet and peaceful overlooking a field with pretty well kept grounds and gardens. Only 10 minutes drive from town yet feels like you are deep in the countryside. Our room was clean & comfortable with outside seating area. Breakfast is good and cooked to order, fresh coffee not from a machine which as a coffee lover I always appreciate.

Perfect Great position and pleasant surroundings great service

Stayed just the one night as we were attending a party very local. Didn’t like the wet room bathroom, no underfloor heating so the floor stayed really wet for ages, the bathroom was a huge windowless room, really badly designed. Wine glasses but no water glasses, and only one bedside table and reading light, Breakfast very predictable, very little choice, certainly no healthy eating choice. Only eggs cooked fresh everything else had been kept warm.

Fantastic hosts, really made to feel welcome, room was divine, felt very posh and plush, breakfast superb, didn't eat till the next day lol!!
