Breakfast is a highlight, offering a wide selection of fresh, well-presented products and good quality throughout. The facilities are excellent, especially the outdoor pool with panoramic views and the quiet spa area with a heated pool, both enhancing the relaxation experience. Some improvements could be made, particularly regarding crowded restaurant conditions during peak times and unclear communication about dinner reservations. Valet parking would also improve arrival comfort. Overall, it is a well-managed hotel offering a high-quality and relaxing Lake Garda experience.

1. Super friendly and helpful staff - reception staff, spa staff, pool staff, morning, afternoon and evening food service staff! All of them made an effort to make sure our stay was exceptional! 2. Beautiful floral throughout the property. About as pretty as we have seen. Raided beds a plus. Trees surround the property to ensure privacy and a feeling of being one with nature. 3. Wonderful pool and spa facilities. 4. Excellent food, morning through evening. We look forward to a return trip!

A beautiful hotel with stunning views of the lake. Within walking distance to Salo yet far enough away for peace and quiet. I’ll definitely be back.

Really good hotel and staff were great. Would have liked a small gesture on checkout rather than a 10% off to return! as room smelt of sewage from time to time. But overall staff and hotel well worth a stay.

Top Wellness-Hotel am Gardasee, ideal zum Entspannen und auch Aktivferien. Essen am Abend sowie auch am Abend sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, man konnte alles haben in guter Qualität. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und sind sehr zufrieden.

Unser Aufenthalt im A Rosa La Garda war durchwachsen. Das Zimmer war groß, modern und sehr sauber – ein echtes Highlight. Auch das Housekeeping war top. Der Check-in verlief problemlos, die Mitarbeiterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Mit der Halbpension waren wir jedoch enttäuscht. Das Abendessen entsprach nicht dem Erwartungsniveau eines 5-Sterne-Hauses: Die Speisenqualität war nicht zufriedenstellend, und es gab keine besondere kulinarische Note. Ein Beispiel: Das Wasser (7 €) wurde am Abend nicht wie üblich bei Halbpension zurückgestellt, sondern ohne Kommentar abgeräumt. Nach Rückfrage beim Restaurant-Management wurde dies als normal bezeichnet, ohne dass es einen Ausgleich gab. Das Parken in der Garage war kostenfrei, was sehr angenehm war. Beim Check-out wurde uns jedoch nicht nach unserem Aufenthalt gefragt, sodass keine Rückmeldung erbeten wurde. Das Frühstück war gut, aber viele Produkte wirkten vom Vortag und waren nicht frisch. Die zwei männlichen Kellner waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Restaurant-Manager jedoch eher distanziert. Auch das Minibar-Angebot war sehr versteckt und nicht intuitiv zu finden. Der Fernseher zeigte nicht alle Sender, und diese hingen oft, sodass nur Störsender zu sehen waren. Fazit: Wir waren mit Zimmer, Wellness und der Lage sehr zufrieden, mit dem Restaurant-Service, der Qualität der Halbpension und den technischen Details (Minibar, Fernseher) jedoch weniger. Als Gastronomen aus dem 5-Sterne-Bereich hätten wir uns mehr Mühe gewünscht

struttura meravigliosa affacciata sul lago, di nuova realizzazione, personale fantastico, un saluto alle bravissime simpatiche e dolci ragazze della spa, e a tutti gli altri professionali e cordiali dello staff dal servizio serale del bistrot alla reception, tutti a contribuire alla perfetta riuscita di un soggiorno piacevole in una location splendida.

Amazing hotel

Schönes Hotel, modernes Design, sehr sauber. Herzlicher Empfang - Gepäck Service, Welcome Drink, Upgrade ☺️. Wir hatten HP gebucht und wurden positiv überrascht (Salat + Antipasti + Dessert vom Buffet; 3 Gänge a la carte). Auch das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Sehr schöner Spa Bereich, insbesondere die Wassertemperatur haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Nähe zu Salo (süßer Ort zum Flanieren) - es gibt einen Shuttle - rückwärts sind wir am See entlang + kleine Steigung am Ende zu Fuß spaziert.

Generally great apart from the German culture complete nakedness requirement for the many saunas for “hygiene” reasons. Total non-inclusive and when offered the chance to deal with this query we were completely blanked by the hotel. Over 14s allowed in the spa too….ruined our stay as the weather was poor and we would have enjoyed use of the sauna.
