The staff are very polite and helpful. The location is good as it is near the shopping centre, Bicester Village. The environment is very comfortable and the facilities are new. The breakfast there is nice.

Lovely room and clean and perfect location.

A nice hotel tucked out of the way but close enough to get back to main shopping areas etc. Bougie style of decor and which my gf liked, room was spacious with garden view, was clean and cosy, we had dinner at the embassy restaurant, choosing the Indian food which was pretty good, the thali was a authentic way to serve the food and in all the food was good. Breakfast next day was the usual full English affair which again was good, hotel bar and was fully stocked and even had happy hour on selected cocktails between 5-8pm so that was a Welcome bonus! In all a pleasant overnight stay

Quite a good and decent and beautiful 4 star hotel. Service and staff were however far from being 4 star hotel. I had water run out in my bathroom while having shower, very laughable. Breakfast was incredibly poor and not representative of 4 star hotel.

Lovely stay

Stayed at the hotel 5 years ago and the owners have done a lot to upgrade and keep the hotel an excellent place to stay The food in the restaurant was exceptional And fairly priced Would definitely stay there again Terry&Sue

A quiet out of the way location. There is little around the hotel that you can walk to.

What a great hotel. Lovely room, warm and friendly staff. Room was clean, great decor, fab bathroom and included a nice breakfast. Great location for shopping at Bicester Village only 6 mins away. Resturant was ok.

There were cigarette marks and bad stains in the bath so the hotel kindly arranged a free upgrade of the room for me, but they then upgraded me to a room with no bath! I felt bad asking to change the room again so didn’t bother. The bathroom did have a bad smell even they upgraded my doom though. Breakfast was lovely.

Room was beautiful, dark and cosy and stylish and very comfortable. Perfectly located for our Bicester Village shopping trip. Restaurant was very nicely decorated. Price of drinks and dinner was a little over priced considering the portion, value and location but ambience was good. Staff were excellent throughout, very clean, will definitely recommend although seperate taps in the bathroom are a big no no and should be changed to mixers.

Lovely hotel and room, very clean, staff were great. Breakfast service was really quick but food quality was poor (breakfast muffin was a bit stale).
