Everything was perfect.

Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome.

Friendly and welcoming staff; good food, clean bathroom and all the facilities you n for a short stay.

Excellent hotel in a great location for exploring the beautiful Derry City.

We had a lovely stay at the Ebrington Hotel. This was our 2nd time staying here, the staff are all so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Cocktails are delish especially the brambles 😊 breakfast has something for everyone and tastes great. We look forward to visiting again in the future 😀

We have just had our 3rd short break in Ebrington and again it was a very enjoyable occasion. The hotel furniture is of excellent quality and there is a good choice of public rooms to enjoy. Whether you like a noisy bar, a relaxed lounge or moody foyer, it's all there. Congratulations to the staff who are all very polite, welcoming and helpful. My only grudge with this hotel is having to pay for car parking.

Schönes Hotel, gepflegte Anlage.Parkplatz in der Nähe und man zahlt statt 12 Euro nur 6 Euro/ Nacht. Frühstücksbuffett eher für irischen Geschmack ausgerichtet, aber auch ordentlich andere Lebensmittel zur Auswahl. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel empfand ich als steif und aufgesetzt freundlich. Wenig hilfsbereite Menschen.

The best hotel in Northern Ireland, staff are very help but Gerry McKeever the concierge is outstanding.

Convenient parking with terrific hotel staff. Within walking distance of Derry center of town. Cracker breakfast!
