It is the best budget hotel you can get. Staff are nice. The room is clean. There is no daily house keeping though.

​We had to book this spot urgently through Hotels.com after a different hotel cancelled on us, and it ended up being an amazing, cost-effective alternative. The Highlights: Unbeatable seafront location and great value for money.The Room: Very orderly, fresh, and properly cleaned. The Sleep: The mattresses are remarkably cozy. We enjoyed a thoroughly restful night. Exactly what we were looking for!

Only stayed in hotel , no food . Very friendly and helpful staff

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, our room was beautiful and clean, and one of the comfiest nights sleep I've had in a long while. Location is superb. Can't wait to come back again

Right on the sea front and we paid fir a sea view. The beds were very bouncy, we had a twin room.

Very friendly hosts, room clean and great food. Accommodation at a very affordable price. Check in time limited ? at this time of year only? A couple of glitches but quickly and efficiently dealt with and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Good, clean property that is convenient for the shops, pier and Great Orme. I was in single room which was compact, though it did have all the amenities one would expect. The hotel is not manned all the time, which meant that if you wanted a night cap or just a quiet drink in the evening, you had to go out. I was only there for three nights and the hotel suited my needs. I cannot comment on the food as I ate out with family who were attending the same function and have a static caravan nearby.

Absolutely brilliant

Check in was quick but unpleasant, greeted by someone who did want to be there. Bed was uncomfortable, it was noisy, & the shower was ridiculous, water barely warm & positioned too high up so it didn’t work properly.

Nothing like pictures nobody answering the number to call to check in bedding towels clearly been the over 10 years or more couldn’t stay left and drove home at 9pm absolutely devastated after thinking are first night away in 15 years would be a treat how wrong was i

Booking in was ok, my room was ok with a view of the Great Orme plus a fan for very hot weekend.

Okay. Lots of rules. Nobody there to greet us. Key to the room was left in an envelope outside the front door with our name on it. Bathroom could have been bigger. Beds were not very comfortable. Need some drawers in the room as nowhere to put clothes apart from hanging. Lift was dodgy, had to go up one at a time. Sea view was great.
