The parking lot seemed to be pretty far away from the hotel, it took us a while to find the right way to the front desk. Other than that, this was a great experience.

Convenient to the casino, walking trail, and if you are going to a sporting event. All hotel areas were clean. Room had a nice view of the river. Front desk staff was friendly and got us into the room early. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. It had outdoor seating. Only bad points were room was a tiny bit narrow and towels/bathrobe were not soft.

Hotel is nice and clean. Great location. Free valet parking was nice but a little slow sometimes. The hotel bar was good, and the weather was perfect for grabbing a cocktail and sitting outside by the river. Breakfast buffet looked fantastic, but didn't taste as good as it looked. Very bland.

It was a great stay, only complaint is the internet WiFi is not great and my phone lost signal a bit.

The one thing I did not like was the the self parking for someone with COPD and back problems walking and going down 4 flfleats of stairs and then back up the next morning was not.fun

Beautiful view! Excellent service! The ONLY negative is the walk from the parking deck, and Apple Maps :(. Will definitely stay here again.

Came here for a baseball game - beautiful 15 minute walk along the river to get to the game. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with great outdoor seating.

Perfect place to stay while in Pittsburgh! Walkable to restaurants and both PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. Very nice accommodations and location. This is where we stay when we come to Pittsburgh 2 or 3 times a year!

I liked the convivence of walking to different restaurants, and to PNC park; the casino restaurant is a good choice for dinner also, we also like visiting the casino.

A nice hotel at convent location; close to Three Rivers Heritage Trails and River Side Casino. It is good choice for people like to walk around and gambling.
