plumbing issue that staff was not able to resolve.

Room is good, problems were fixed quickly. Building elevators are a mess. Concierge and security are friendly and helpful.

Staff was courteous and unit was clean but it is noisy at night .Could hear night club music at night

I never had a problem with places i stayed always been clean but restriction this is the first i time i experience this, so i wasnt happy with my stay...

The property was so much smaller than expected. Amenities were not great. Check in was not a pleasurable experience.

Convenient to a lot of shopping and dining places.

They need to up grade their bathroom. It is terrible and there is a restriction, we can’t even use the switch pool , they down grade my lifestyle! I can’t recommend it to someone!

Like close to most amenities. Don't like - complicated check in communication through txt msgs. What if I don't have a cell phone or I have no roaming coverage how will know 🤔😐?

This is not a proper one-bedroom unit; it is actually a studio with a sliding partition for the bed and bathroom. The bathroom smelled a little bit of damp, possibly from the drainage and inefficient ventilation. We had to keep the door ajar and the exhaust fan running to freshen it up. The check-in instruction specifically said that there is no front desk or reception, so we parked for 45 minutes at Mitsukoshi to wait for check-in time only to find our that there was a reception desk where we had to queue for 45 minutes while they registered my passport, which I already emailed the day before. This was a bit annoying. My elderly parents could have waited more comfortably at the reception area where there were plush sofas instead of killing time at the mall. I didn't understand all the fuss with this kind of check-in process. I will probably book again if I'm coming back alone, but not if I have companions, especially elders.

Ok but prefer to stay at other hotels.

Excellent location. Unit in great condition. Living space a little tight but functional. Great for a couple.

This property is clean and is close to everything. Only thing I didn’t like is that the elevator take for ever to come.

The unit where we stayed was very clean, spacious, and well decorated. It’s close to shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery store which is very convenient for us. Security guard was very polite. The condo lobby smells expensive. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends abroad.
