Clean and comfortable. Lacking in utensils for cooking.

Great place to stay. Amazing value, close to everything. Was warm, clean and comfortable. Had good Wifi and check in was easy.

Very clean accommodation in good location. Have stayed there multiple times.

The room was simple, clean, and had everything we needed. I did notice that a lot of condensation built up in the room and bathroom. Overall, a comfortable stay.

It was a good place to stay

Was very warm when we got in. Apartment was clean and tidy. Close to town. Family of 5 with a baby.

Family: 2 adults & 2 x 13yo. Good condition, comfortable beds. Extra pillows/bedding would have been useful but it worked well for one night.

Really nice property, clean, amazing communication only thing that let us down was, the fact there was only one blanket on each bed. It’s winter, you need to have more options for bedding etc as it was incredibly cold.

Excellent communication , great to be gven an upgrade, Ideal for couple or family. Only comment would be a few extra cooking items for both range and microwavevto be added tonthe unit,thanks

It's exactly what the description is. It's a place to stay overnight before we go back to Auckland.

Just what we wanted, absolutely perfect.

What I did like was everything. What I didnt like was having to leave.

Stay was good

Booked as a single night stay for 4 departing for Auckland airport in the morning. Perfect for this. Hamilton shops close by and a comfortable stay.

It's secured, quite neighbourhood, clean and I like that the pot and frying pan is big enough to be used by family. Will book the place again if we come down to Hamilton again in the future.

The place it’s clean

Enjoyable stay at Avon Apartments. The occupants in the next unit were not very considerate as they made considerable noise early in the morning, however it was still a positive experience overall. We didn't realise that the chiefs were playing at nearby FMG Stadium until we arrived back to find all of the street parking was occupied. Luckily there was still an off street parking space available.
