地點很棒 酒店也很乾淨 交通也很便利 酒店附近是學校 環境感覺很安全 酒店旁邊也有超商 附近也有樂天Mart 購物上很方便

The hotel was clean and easy location to take the aiport limousine bus to Busan Gimhae airport. The staff doesnt want to help much. Very strange as they weren’t busy at all I think we were the only guest there it seemed. But yet they were not helpful hardly at all. I had some guests to sit at the tables where they don’t use after breakfast but they had issue for my guests and us to talk there and also my guests to use the lobby bathroom they asked “ if they were guests but who doesn that to a member or guests of the hotel guest … so rude and also. The last day I asked for water for my room and they said they ran out and could only give me 1 bottle only … and the breakfast area they had breakfast sandwiches and they had these sandwiches in 1/2’s And we asked if they had more for the breakfast and they said no only 1/2 a sandwich for each guests… then the management complained that I use the hot water boiler they had out that I was supposed To only use the hot water boiling pot but they had out for use to use they weee just rude

전반적으로 숙소도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 숙박객에 대한 안내사항 (와이파이 비밀번호 등)이 안내지 형태로 비치되지 않은 건 조금 아쉬웠어요

가격 저렴하게 잘 이용했는데 화장실 청소는 좀더 신경 써야 할 듯요..

아침식사 샌드위치, 욕조 좋았어요 한명당 하나라고 안내문 붙여주세요 차가 커서 그런지 주차장 진출입에 주의가 필요했어요

늘 창원에 드리게 되면 여기서 머무르게 됩니다 남자친구와 함께 머무르기 너무 좋은 숙소입니다 매번 ㅇㄱㅇㄸ 이용하다가 호텔스닷컴으로 예약하게 되었는데 체크인 시간이 다르게 적혀 있어서 혼선이 오기는 했지만 직원분이 친절하고 따듯하게 대해주셨습니다 우선 숙소는 항상 깔금하고 깨끗하게 되어 있어요 그리고 숙소 방에 들어서는 순간 원목 디자인으로 되어 있어서 따듯한 기분이 들어서 아주 좋습니다 욕실도 깨긋하고 욕조가 엄청커서 사용하기 엄청 편하게 되어 있습니다 창문도 있어서 답답하지 않고 아침에 일어나면 엄청 상쾌해요 생수도 무료로 늘 구비되어 있고 아침 조식도 무료여서 먹을수 있게 준비해주시고 신경써주시는게 느껴져요 창원에서 머무르게 되신다면 추천하고 싶네요

The Hound Hotel was a pleasant surprised. We absolutely loved staying there. The staff was top notch - thank you ladies at the front desk!!! Incredibly helpful and attentive. Rooms were new, large and clean!!! Housekeeping friendly and gracious! 5 star experience at a great price!!!!

장소가 낡아서 냄새도 좀 나고 화장실 샤워기도 제멋대로 물이 나와 불편했어요.

가성비 너무 좋습니다! 방도 넓고 침대가 2개에 화장실, 샤워부스, 스파가 다 분리되어 있네요. 테이블도 있어서 저녁에 숙소에서 2차로 한잔하기 좋았네요. 호텔 옆에 식당이랑 편의점이 있어서 저녁 식사도 다 해결되었습니다. 거기에 아침 조식까지! 다만, 변기 수압이 너무 세서 내려가는 물이 튀어서 흘러나오더라구요. 저희 방 변기만 그런 듯...

조식이 아주 좋아요

바닥 청소 상태가 좋지 않았고 천장의 도배지가 늘어지고 도배 관리상태가 엉망이었고 조명이 안들어오는 등이 2곳 재떨이가 있었음 최근 한국숙박시설에서 재떨이 있는 곳을 처음 봤음 터미널 옆이라 타도시로의 이동은 좋았음

청소상태도 괜찮고 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았습니다. 복도쪽으로 소음은 조금 있었지면 잘때는 큰 불편함 없었습니다. 에어컨을 켰을때도 냄새도 나지 않아 만족했습니다.
