Good location, friendly staff and good cleanliness

Room was very good but restaurant pavilion claiming to be fine dining is horrible Chef cant cool dynamite shrimp or basic biryani Fleet of people hired but all were hiding and half staff was smoking outside

Very clean, well maintained building. Excellent front desk and other service. Very secure with professional guards.

Excellent breakfast

Always good. Breakfast food gets depleted each morning we come in 7:30. Trays are often empty. Not good when this is offered as an inclusion. Hospitality staff friendly. Front of house. Not great at all. Should welcome you to Nine Tree not just say how can I help you. Also when checking out should say thank you for staying at Nine tree and love to see you next time and have safe travels. They look depressed actually. They are out first and last impressions. This is quite a big issue but would help considerably. The cleaning team brilliant and work hard twice I have stayed there. Laundry people great service also the hospitality team great. But from if house needs a lit of work in my opinion.

Check in was 1:30 min late It was bad leaking ceiling , staff don’t know how to handle the situation. So I shift my hotel

Has both hotel rooms and mini suites which are good for working in the room. Is super clean and in good condition. Staff were helpful.
