Very clean and nice place. Staff were awesome and always helpful. I never had any issues and very close to the train station which was the best thing about this place. They cleaned my room everyday and close to the Paris city and many amenities. Will go for sure on my next visit to Paris ❤️

Super lovely place to stay in a great location!

I contacted the hotel before my arrival regarding an urgent issue and unfortunately did not receive a response. Communication was disappointing and I was unable to obtain assistance despite several attempts to make contact. Based on my experience with customer service, I found the response to be unsatisfactory.

The property is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the subway, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues with the staff and service. 1) The front desk staff were neither friendly nor professional. When we asked about the possibility of checking in two hours later to access our room, the response we received was rude and unhelpful. 2)Additionally, when we arrived in our room, we discovered that the coffee machine was not working. We reported this issue to the front desk right away, but no one came to repair or replace it during our four-night stay. 3) To make matters worse, the hotel charged us €67.60 without any explanation, and we had to repeatedly call to try to resolve the issue. Overall, due to the poor service, unprofessional staff, and unexplained charges, I would not recommend this hotel.

El hotel es bueno nada más si está lejos de la zona turística de Paris. Lo que no me gustó es el personal del aseo un día encontramos las toallas de baño en el piso tiradas, al día siguiente no nos dejaron papel de baño y otro día no nos dejaron jabón de cuerpo. Fue demasiado incómodo y demasiado malo su persona del limpieza

The whole experience with this Tribe Paris Pantin Hotel was absolutely AMAZING!! The staff, the room, the food!! Everything was just perfect! Travelocity, you were flawless!!
