Great stay. I extended it.

Clean and comfortable

Firstly staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are a great size but to a mediocre effort of cleaning. I didn’t have hot water for two days and so a maintenance person came to fix it. You also have to give 24 hours for your room to be cleaned which is for sustainability purposes. However, as the rooms aren’t very clean to begin with I think it’s more to save money. Check your towels and bedding for stains as I found multiple. The carpark has plenty of spaces but if you arrive late at night then it can be trickier to park. It’s also £15/night which isn’t mentioned until after you book. In hindsight I wouldn’t have bothered and instead found street parking.

Booked here to get a couple of hours sleep between flights. It was very close to T5, and extremely easy to get to. The front desk seemed a little disorganised, but for the price, you can’t really complain. Already booking again.

Basic hotel with easy access to the airport which is why we stayed there.

We had a very good sleep at the hotel couldn't hear the airplanes . Staff were nice and helpful. Extra charge for the parking at the hotel, down side there was a problem with hot water when we wanted to shower, we had to wait for a while and when we eventually had a shower the water was one minute very hot and then cold. Generally the hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was simple but good.

Hotel 1min walking distance from a close relative we visit regularly! No negative /constructive feedback. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location by Heathrow. Thermostat didn’t work in the room mind (no power). Receptionist gave us a fan instead but room got so hot by the morning! Really good parking underneath hotel. Friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised with the place in general

Great place to stay with close location to Heathrow, only reason I put 4 star instead of 5 was because they do not have any mini bar/fridge in the room. No iron either but you can ask for it downstairs.

nice staffs there are bus stops just right Infront of hotel very convenience. you must try the Italian restaurant recommend by the hotel just right cross the hotel the food is so good. will definitely y come back stay again

This was a great property to stay at for a short layover. It was updated and clean with all the basic necessities for a good night. It was a BONUS that we found the Ostrich Inn about 1km away with a delicious dinner in a historic Inn.
