公寓內設施物品一應俱全，連調味料都有，可以帶著很簡單的行李入住。 回覆問題迅速，房間乾淨整潔，距離JR近。 下次有機會，一定優先選擇住這裡。

Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot. Not many restaurants in the immediate area, but yakinikity is within walking distance, and Kashiwa Station is one stop away with plenty of food and shopping. Clean throughout. Will stay again.
