Great location close to mainline train station

room was clean and tidy.staff was very friendly. definitely would stay again

Suspect room's been refurbished fairly recently so OK but shower pressure poor. Couldn't get tv to work. Breakfast cereal supplied, but no milk. However, free from shop next door 🙂 Hooks for coats and a shelf in the bathroom would be a bonus. No warning online that the access staircase is steep.

It is located right at a Corner with only 1 crossing around the corner. It is heavely trafficed. A store next door to buy food for so you have something to eat in the morning til Lunch.A Chinese take away close and cheap. You get no Breakfast included. The heat is turned off at latest 20:00 and norhing til from 9:00 or sometimes later after ive left. Steep small stairs. But you get help of friendly staff. I liked Millie very much.Good Dinner.

The hearing was on a time and turned off over night. Otherwise Good

Very clean friendly and helpful Only issue was fire exit light being slightly intrusive in middle of night when I woke up in the middle of the night but that is health and safety.

Room was very big, electric shower.

My colleague has stayed here many times and thoroughly enjoys his stay

Was attending the Lana del Rey concert ! In Cardiff city centre and most hotels were full or charging ridiculous prices ! So I was pleased to be about 20 minutes from city by train ! Decent price very comfortable and near to train station

Room clean and functional. Couldn't find anyone in the morning when leaving.

Stayed for business which was within 2 miles and the hotel was clean, comfortable and provided a good selection of food and drink. Excellent staff and would stay again.
