The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time.

Un week-end parfait, la chambre était conforme à nos attentes, un grand merci en particulier à Bénédicte responsable du spa, à l'écoute du client, petit détail qui la grande différence. Je conseille fortement et on reviendra.

L'accueil fût très moyen, pour le prix je m'attendais à un peu mieux. Les serviettes de toilettes sont un peu usées, il fait très froid dans les chambres. Nous sommes allés au restaurant de l'hotel "l'inavoue " une. catastroohe

Chambre tres spacieuse et agréable. Cependant, la literie, de type lit armoire pour notre chambre, étroit et avec une literie très moyenne, n'est pas digne de la catégorie 3 étoiles.

Zentral gelegen, recht gutes Frühstück, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichboden auf dem Zimmer, den man nicht barfuß betreten möchte, veraltete Einrichtung. Für eine Nacht ok.

Konumu çok güzel, personeli ilgili ve yardımsever. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Banyosu tertemiz. Kahvaltı çeşidi de iyi.
