Great family friendly staff feel. Had a small issue and it was handled immediately. Great rooms with updated decor along with room service and an outdoor rooftop restaurant and bar open till 10pm. Great stay.

Very nice hotel. New, very clean, staff did offer new roof bar and restaurant that recently opened. No ironing board and iron but that wasn’t a big deal.

Friendly staff, clean room/ halls and comfortable. Highly recommend. I will stay again when in the area.

This hotel is the best we've stayed at in years. It is very clean. It is beautiful. The room we had was beautiful. It came with a 48 inch television as well. The bathroom was particularly impressive. There was a nightlight so one could find the bathroom at night. Also a coffee station, fridge, safe, dining area. Valet service for those who want it. This is an upscale hotel at an economical price.

Loved the interior, beds and pillows were great… only negative I would say is that since the rooms aren’t carpeted you can really hear the people above you walking around in room

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The staff was professional! We loved the housekeeper on the 2nd floor, the bartender-Taylor and just the entire vibe of the hotel! Whomever designed this hotel did an amazing job! We had a great time!

The person checking us in was amazing and super helpful. The front desk worker the next day was rude. The website also said there was room service however, apparently the cook barely works so its always closed. Very frustrating.

This hotel is absolutely INCREDIBLE! The rooms are gorgeous with high ceilings and are decorated perfectly! The shower is amazing. The towels are super soft. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. The staff is super accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Chicago area

We stayed here for one week for our Honeymoon. The rooms were very spacious and it was really nice to have daily restocks on towels ECT.

Awesomeness

I didnt even use the word Magical when i went to Disney lol this place was just a Dream! We had a Magical stay. Laura graciously checked us in and immediately recomended we pop by the rooftop bar which was so elegant and cozy and perfect to unwinding on a soft couch with a tasty bevarage in one hand. We even went back at night when all the beautiful lights got turned on. It was romantic, elegant, and just a perfect spot to disconnect from daily life. The room was so luxurious and comforting and they even had a phone charger in case you forgot yours. The bathroom was serine and i loved how soft and clean the bed was. When we checked out, Andy had such a great attitude and was super considerate if we enjoyed our stay and i appreciate that touch of professionalism from hotel staff. I didnt use the Valet parking but the guys all said hi and good morning and good afternoon and they were very nice as well! Woodfield Mall and Coopers Hawk are literally across rhe street and there are so many options for dining and entertainment arpund this Hotel. I will be coming back again for some much needed pampering.
