Good property, clean, good breakfast. Lots of dining options within walking distance. The only thing I did not like was the highway noise

Did not like entrance which was off-centered for anyone distance challenged and parking was very odd. Really liked check in, cleanliness, comfort, design and security Lovely stay; highly recommend

Das vor Monaten gebuchte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar. Der Checkin war auch mehr als kühl. Kein herzliches Willkommen oder sonstiges. Auf Nachfrage wurde keine Zimmer-Alternative angeboten. Nachdem der Desk Manager verlangt wurde, vergingen weitere 20 Minuten, und es wurde ein Gutschein in Aussicht gestellt. Nach dem Motto: Nimm es oder lass es! Das Parken sollte nochmals zehn Dollar pro Tag kosten, obwohl direkt im Anschluss ein großer Parkplatz für die umliegenden Einkaufsgeschäfte vorhanden ist. Auch wurde ein Frühstück zusätzlich pro Person für acht Dollar angeboten. Nach Bezug des Zimmers, stellten sich Direktreinigung Diskrepanzen heraus. Es musste zweimal reklamiert werden, damit endlich die vom vorherigen Gast noch vorhandenen schwarzen Haare aus dem Badbereich entfernt wurden. Zusätzlich waren Flecken auf dem Kopfkissen vorhanden. Auch das wurde reklamiert und man könne sich das Kopfkissen an der Rezeption abholen. Das Zimmer konnte nicht ausreichend runtergekühlt werden. Scheinbar ist die Klimaanlage zu klein dimensioniert. Dies hatte zum Nachteil, dass die Klimaanlage, die intelligenter Weise im Schlafraum direkt neben dem Bett angebracht ist, die ganze Nacht durch lief und eine relativ laute Geräuschkulisse erzeugte. An schlafen war nicht zu denken.

I liked everything. I will return next year. Did not know there was a pool and spa on the property until I was already there for 3 days. Need to add a pic of the pool/spa to the pics of the property!!!!!

The hotel was clean and quiet with lots of dining within walking distance as well with shopping. Awesome location! Only complaint was the mattress was awful for such a new hotel it was like a burrito bed. As if they took old beds to a new location. But it was clean and again the location was in a new and safe area.

We reserved room with kitchen and they gave us accessible room with no kitchen no microwave

Excellent all around stay

This is a late review as we stay here a lot in the winter. Please turn down the heat in the hallways! It’s sooo hot! Unbearably hot. Even in the winter temps.

The rooms are always clean and check in is quick and easy. We love the room layout and that fact that the hotel has dog-friendly rooms.

Dirty, trash in the hall every day, had to pay for parking and breakfast even though it said it was included during booking. Weird substance on the fridge, cabinets falling apart already even though this hotel hasnt been open long. Inconsistent water temp in showers. No housekeeping ever came to my room. Overall im grateful for a safe space to sleep but it wasnt worth the money at all and the most disappointing Hyatt experience ive ever had.

Phones not working having to call from my phone and telling them but they couldn’t get maintenance till past 12 which at that time we were no longer there when we first got the hotel on there. It said free breakfast but when we arrive, they were charging us $8.50 per person for breakfast and it wasn’t until after we left it I heard that they could’ve honored that I wish they would’ve told me themselves since it was in a third-party app. I slept on the bed and I got really itchy. I ended up getting bumped on my feet and my hands which I have pictures of I put in a complaint. No one has returned my calls. I only got an email saying that had a case number. No manager has reached out to me, even though Hyatt customer service has called them, and I have yet to hear from them. It’s been over a week very disappointed.

Well maintained hotel and close to everything

Clean, very nice workers

The staff was amazing and kind. The location was fantastic. We loved being close to a Trader Joe’s to save money on food. My only constructive criticism would be that I would have liked the breakfast items switched out. We stayed there 4 nights and every morning it was the same options.

Clean hotel and different food choices with in walk distance and movie theaters

Close to a shopping area was a plus. They did not provide bathroom essentials like Cotten swabs, shower caps. Also the closet space was half length so you could not hang a dress. Lighting was also poor in the room where luggage was to be kept.

Shocked…that’s all I can say..long trip from Juneau. I prepaid to room and check in took over 10 minutes. Then I steal a cup of coffee from the paid breakfast area..it closed at 9am?? Otherwise room and sitting picnic area were great..

This hotel was so clean and nice! Would definitely stay again!
