I really liked the sea-facing cottage where I stayed. Being able to step directly onto the beach and reach the ocean in less than a minute was a wonderful experience and the highlight of my stay. The only area for improvement would be the bathrooms. Upgrading and modernizing them would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and make the property even more attractive.

The room looked nice on arrival then noticed how dirty the curtains were, the floors and shower was filthy. The staff were nice and the view was spectacular. Definetely not worth the money!

Terrible location. Children could not walk to the beach safely. Not at all as advertised. No dining options or other amenities. We left immediately after check in.

Very friendly staff and a great location right on Morjim Beach. The beach huts themselves are lovely, but the main hotel complex was less appealing. The property also lacks a pleasant outdoor area with food and beverage service, and overall it felt a bit too basic for us in the 50+ age group.

Staff very helpful, good breakfast. Lovely spot right in beach. Beach bars and restaurants close by. Friday night can be very loud.
