I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, the service was slow, and the overall experience did not match the price paid. Staff seemed uninterested in helping guests, and several amenities advertised were either unavailable or poorly maintained. Noise levels were also an issue, making it difficult to rest. I expected much better hospitality and would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
