Staff were great. Service was a little slow for a 5 star hotel. New hotel. Great location.

Un buen hotel, personal muy servicial, desayuno increíble. Solo tiene algunas falcencias que deberían ser mejoradas como: - no tiene mini bar en el cuarto, hay temas básicos que el cuarto no tiene como klenex o cremas, la piscina es enorme y solo tiene un mesero lo cual hace que todo tarde mucho. Tuvimos un olor muy fuerte a cañeria en todo el hotel pero no supimos que fue. Pese a todo esto, es un hotel con buen potencial

We had a wonderful stay at Idou Malabata Beach & Spa. From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding. The front office and concierge were welcoming, professional, and always eager to help. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The pool was clean, relaxing, and well maintained. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, happy, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of fresh and delicious food every morning. We also enjoyed the new La Mer Restaurant, which served outstanding food in a beautiful setting with exceptional service. We highly recommend Idou Malabata Beach & Spa to anyone visiting Tangier and look forward to returning.

Wonderful personell and fantastic breakfast

Bel hôtel, extrêmement propre et récent, situé tout à l’est de la ville de Tanger. Vue à couper le souffle sur la Méditerranée. Terasse panoramique en bord de mer. Deux piscines (une troisième en construction) et un calme absolu. L’hôtel comporte deux restaurants ainsi qu’un bar et de la restauration en chambre. Nourriture excellente mais bien trop chère (comptez 8€ le thé à la Menthe ou encore 35€ pour un plat de viande! Les plus : confort, propreté, qualité, gentillesse du personnel. Les moins : quartier encore en cours d’aménagement avec de nombreux immeubles en construction (pas de commerces, peu de restaurants), prix prohibitifs de la nourriture. Attention : Il faut absolument prendre le taxi pour se rendre au centre ville de Tanger (40 minutes de marche sinon).

Très bon séjour d’une nuit chambre très spacieuse et calme en général Petit déjeuner avec de la variété et qualitatif (msemmens fait sur place) Piscines propres et avec peu d’affluence c’est agréable

Nous avons bénéficié d’un séjour exceptionnel au sein de cet établissement remarquable. L’hôtel se distingue par une propreté irréprochable et un personnel d’une grande attention, qui nous a prodigué un service personnalisé et de haute qualité. Un seul aspect mérite d’être mentionné : la fourniture quotidienne de deux petites bouteilles d’eau, ce qui peut s’avérer insuffisant pour un hôtel de prestige, notamment en période estivale. Malgré ce léger inconvénient, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
