Vivo en Cancún y viajo a Mérida hace años muy seguido y no se cómo no había descubierto esta JOYA, es un Hotel de verdad, precioso, amplio, limpio, bien ubicado, estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad y un servicio de primera. Aprovéchalo antes de que le suban el precio porque de verdad lo merecería.

Beautifully restored building with care in every single detail. It is clear that a tremendous amount of thought and respect went into preserving its character while ensuring a comfortable stay. A truly wonderful experience!

I can't stress how amazing it was to stay at Casa Loreto. The hotel was very beautiful and the historical colonial charm really stood out, looking exactly like the pictures. Rooms were very clean and onsite parking was easy. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was very delicious and the chef was extremely knowledgeable about Mexican regional cuisine. The restaurant staff were also super helpful and accommodating. All in all, staying at the hotel felt like a getaway in the city. There were moments when lounging at the pool by yourself made you feel like you were the owner of a beautiful hacienda. The hotel is also within walking distance to two major parks one of which has a free zoo in it. It is also walking distance to Mercado Santiago with delicious food and authentic local ingredients. Centro is also about a 25-30 min walk from the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making sure our stay was so memorable.

Room was lovely but boiling hot the first night (29 degrees), be the morning and after that it was fine. Bed super comfy. Pool area nice but pool hot like a bath. Reception staff great, would not recommend the restaurant. My husband found a long hair in his breakfast and gave it to the waiter who then assumed he would keep eating it and tried to charge us for it.

La habitación 10 que nos tocó era excelente y muy amplia y limpia. El hotel en si muy atractivo,cuenta con estacionamiento propio y muy privado. La atención del staff muy buena y el upgrade que solicitamos nos vino de maravilla y que sorpresivamente nos notificaron que gracias por ser usuarios VIP de Expedia, nos lo dieron sin cargo extra al final. No tenemos comentarios negativos.

Excelente lugar, bien comunicado estratégicamente por su ubicación geográfica. A solo 10min del aeropuerto, 5min del centro y 20min de las tiendas de lujo. Bastante amplia la habitación. El personal muy amable.

Es un hospedaje que vale la pena ir únicamente para conocerlo. Su restaurante delicioso y una calidad excelente y en si el hotel está hermoso. Buen servicio, muy bonitas habitaciones todo excelente

Hermoso hotel boutique tipo hacienda con habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y cómodas! La alberca climatizada, el restaurante con desayunos y comidas deliciosas, bien ubicado con estacionamiento y un excelente trato de su personal

This boutique hotel checks all the boxes….beautiful, comfortable, great amenities, attentive staff, yummy restaurant and more! I stayed here with my family and we enjoyed every minute of it. Would highly recommend.
