Super hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner avec aliment de qualité. Salle de sport et spa. Seul un restaurant était ouvert. Piscines chauffées agréables. Bcp de vent et un peu éloigné du centre (3.7km) Attention aux chambres communicantes et à l’insonorisation car ce matin mon/ma voisin regardait la TV à 04h30 et cela m’a reveillé. Dommage si on au top.

Das Hotel wurde erst 2024 eröffnet und befindet sich entsprechend in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, modern gestaltet und vermittelt insgesamt einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Pools, von denen einige beheizt sind – das war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr angenehm. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Tide auf Teneriffa ist großartig und ein echtes Highlight. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Ein Kritikpunkt: Leider gibt es keine Mückenschutzgitter an der Terrassentür. Da wir gerne mit offener Tür schlafen, hatten wir dadurch teilweise Mücken im Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und etwas abgelegen auf einem Berg, etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von San Sebastián de La Gomera entfernt. Zu Fuß ist der Ort daher nicht gut erreichbar. Was man außerdem wissen sollte: Sowohl das Hotel als auch San Sebastián liegen eher auf der windigen bzw. wettertechnisch etwas wechselhafteren Seite der Insel. Ende März war es dort teilweise bewölkter als in Regionen im Südwesten, wie z. B. Valle Gran Rey. Die Halbpension ist für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel absolut empfehlenswert. Insbesondere, da die Auswahl an Restaurants in San Sebastián eher begrenzt ist und der Ort (zumindest zu unserer Reisezeit) noch wenig touristisch entwickelt wirkte. Fazit: Ein gelungener Aufenthalt im wahrscheinlich modernsten Hotel auf La Gomera mit kleinen Abstrichen bei der Lage (vor allem weil es bei uns windig war)

Very new

We enjoyed a really fabulous week here. The half board option is recommended as the choice of menus both at breakfast and evening mealtime is extensive, multinational and of a high quality. Furthermore, there are a limited number of restaurants in nearby San Sebastián and travel across the island, which has challenging topography, does require transport to access restaurants further afield.

Such an excellent trip - loved every aspect of this stay

This is a beautifully presented and brand new hotel. The property is largely single story but traverses the hillside in at least 5 terraces. This means that multiple lifts need to be taken to reach lower levels of the hotel, and that part of your journey there will be in the open air. For this reason, I’d recommend asking for a room on a higher level. The entertainment was great. Food was okay. The hotel is located a fair way out of San Sebastián and the hotel shuttle, which operates twice a day in each direction is not free. There is no on-site shop selling essentials, and the reverse-osmosis filtered water fountain is only available to guests at breakfast. For this reason I’d strongly recommend hiring a car for the duration of your stay.

Die Hardware des Hotels ist auf 5*Sterne Niveau und sehr schön, leider kann die Software da nicht mithalten. Vor allem die Kulinarik ist Verbesserungswürdig.Das Silvesterdinner eine Vollkatastrophe mit Beginn 21.45 Uhr ohne Wahlmöglichkeit für Vegetarier oder Verganer.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel whilst it is beautiful I found that information was not freely given, there was no milk in the room for coffee and had to ask every day for milk on the second day we had to ask for the room to be cleaned twice and no one turned up until 19,00 and the lady was rude on arrival Food was poor and it was cold we ate in the restaurant on the second night and was certainly not as good as the first time we came. Lack of choice and not value for money. When we checked out we was not asked what our stay was like and feel the second visit was a let down Last point barking dogs continuously to the point my partner hardly slept Beautiful hotel but disappointing in many ways for the money that we paid

It felt more like five than four stars. One of the best hotels we’ve experienced. Fantastic food, beautiful surroundings and friendly professional staff. Beautiful spa, and nice gym albeit a bit small. We will be back soon.. and for mote than five days next time. Thanks

This is an excellent hotel in every day. however it's let down by one major thing which is obvious from previous reviews. The distance from civilisation lets it down and has not been addressed by management. There is a specific timed shuttle bus which has to be paid for at the same cost as a local taxi. The remote location could easily be mitigated if there was a courtesy shuttle bus that ran regularly or on demand. There is a man on the security gate operating the barrier which seems little relevant value far better to employ dedicated shuttle bus drivers for free and there would probably no more negative reviews as it's a fabulous hotel and the food is excellent as are the staff, cleanliness and facilities
