Check in nand check out experience- being the worst among my touring experiences in past 10 years

Excellent host and attentive staff, very clean and a great location in central Barcelona. About a 20 minute walk to Sagrada Familia, lots of restaurants, amazing people and city. I'll stay there again!

Habitacion limpia, algo ruidoso, centrico!

Good value stay. Main and only issue was the noise. It was extremely loud through the night, with the noise of traffic and pedestrians outside, as well as other guests in the apartment. I woke up repeatedly with the noise despite not being a light sleeper usually. The place was clean and the kitchen was useful.

No tenían agua caliente en los días que estuve me ofrecieron solución de bañarme en otra propiedad pero viajo con un niño pequeño y no fue opción, deberían aclarar que no cuentan con agua caliente para bañar

There’s no elevator, and the host/staff didn’t help in bringing the luggage to 5th floor by stairs

Unbelievible!There was no hot water during our entire 5-day stay. I have visited over 30 countries and countless cities, but I have never experienced anything like this. We couldn't even meet our most basic need—showering—because there was absolutely no hot water. ​We contacted the hotel owner, but they simply claimed there was a malfunction that couldn't be fixed. It is unacceptable that it wasn't repaired for 5 days. We had to try to clean ourselves with freezing cold water throughout our trip, and as a result, we all got sick. Our Barcelona trip for three was completely ruined because of this bizarre hotel experience.If you are an ordinary human being who needs to shower and stay clean, stay far away from this hotel!!!

Very nice zone, near to all

Departamento excelente, todo muy bien me encanto la ubicacion.

Rummet helt ok för priset, utom att det var kallt. I det fina burspråket drog det kallt i stora springor, vi kunde inte sitta där. Det var också mycket ljud från trafiken. Innerfönster behövs för ett bättre betyg. Bemötandet vid incheckning var tråkigt. Fick känslan att vi var till besvär när vi kom, inte välkomna. Toalettpappret var helt slut, svaret blev "Vi fixar det i morgon". Vi bad också om en extra filt eftersom det var kallt i rummet, blankt nej trots att det fanns filtar i ett skåp. Trist och sur attityd helt enkelt.

O quarto era ótimo, a acomodação era muito boa. Localização incrível! Tudo muito cheiroso

Buena ubicación.

Ventajas: Habitación en buenas condiciones. Baños compartidos limpios. La señorita LANA muy amable y atenta. A 1 minuto de estación de Metro. Inconvenientes: 1. En un piso 5 con ascensor viejísimo que se bloquea. Si usted es muy mayor, limitaciones de movilidad o tiene maletas grandes NO se recomienda. 2. Solo le entregan 1 juego de llaves. Si viaja en pareja esto es inconveniente. 3. A pesar de avisar la hora de llegada, tuvimos que esperar media hora afuera hasta que llegaron a abrir la habitación.
