Excellent location. Communication wasn’t clear as we were advised to do online check in and confirmation would be sent a week prior but we didn’t receive any emails. Upon calling we were told email would be sent just a day prior. There was also some confusion re our booking as the room was prepared for a new born baby despite our booking made for two adults and two young adults. It was sorted by a phone call but it was inconvenient at arrival

The apartment is as described with some signs of wear from travellers that got to enjoy it before us. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The area around the apartment has multiple bars, few restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our morning in the apartment at breakfast and then could easily walk to public transportation or to the Center by foot. To check in you get an email and then get all the information you need online. I would go there again.

Room as described, good location.

Just a few little things they could have added to the apartment. There was a laundry machine which is a bonus but didn’t have a laundry rack and not many hangers to hang dry your clothes. Also an iron would have be nice. There was also 3 of us staying in the unit and we ran out of toilet paper. But there is a supermarket just down the street. Overall the property was nice and clean, and online check-in was very easy.

A few improvements that need to be made to the property but overall a very comfy and quiet place to stay, very convenient for local dining and entertainment, the parking situation in Madrid is crazy (Over a 1000 euros for parking during our stay), (the building has a beautiful parking place in the lower level but for some reasons was shut down),in general it was very nice and right on the center of the city.

The check in process was very difficult and inconvenient. With limited and almost no timely response from property staff. Their ID picture verification process is very hard to complete. Was told 3 times that they were unable to see pictures clearly. It took 3 hours waiting outside the building in the heat, until we were able to talk to the customer service rep and resend the pictures with a different app. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

Great location, and super clean. I definitely recommend this place.

Noise overnigth ... it's like a drop falling from the air conditioner all night next to the bedroom window

it is very well located and safe, the room was sparkling clean and modern, very well stocked with everything needed. It was very safe inside the building with coded door entry to access the building, the elevator and the room

Well located ! 15 minutes walk to all touristic places

You have to do self check-in, you must wait until the property gives you the access codes. It’s a quiet and safe place. It’s located near restaurants and transportation. Great place.
