Check in is a nightmare. 3 flights of stairs , no elevator. Didn’t receive code to check in till 7pm night of check in. Check in times are 12 noon to 2 pm, 630pm to 9pm. Ended up booking hotel across Plaza. Hotels. com should highlight absurd check in and no elevator.

A vista do quarto é linda. De frente para a Plaza Mayor. O Staff é gentil e atencioso. Se tiver com malas, não é um local para se hospedar. Tem 3 lances de escadas para subir. Não tem estacionamento. O mais proximo fica há uns 300 metros e a área ao redor do hotel é restrita para circulação de carros. O quarto é muito ruim, cama muito ruim, um travesseiro longo para duas pessoas. O banheiro é horrível muito antigo .

Chambre grande au 3ème étage avec 3 lits simples Je n’ai vu personne, les consignes reçues étaient claires. Chauffage un peu trop bas, vu les températures extérieures à 2 degrés

Horrible experience. The beds were too hard to sleep in, the floors were not even and you could roll your bottle, the stairs were too narrow to carry the luggage with you, there were minimum lights in the room, there was a disgusting odor at the arrival to our room, even the hangings (drawings) on the wall were not straight, we spotted some dirtiness on the walls (like mucus) and on the cover of the bedsheets. There was no heating at all. The "best" highlight of our stay there was to not fit in the shower, to not have enough hot water for 2 guests and the tiny towels that we were given were that small that you couldn't cover your butt. There were no necessities in the bathroom apart from the soap. We had to request all of it at our arrival (shampoo, shower gel, etc) We left the room the day after and had to book a different one due to all of the things shared above. Not recommended at all

Foi tudo perfeito, cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, quarto espaçoso, não tinha ar condicionado, mas o ventilador atendeu super bem, apesar de estarmos acima da bagunça da praça, o quarto tem isolamento nas portas e não se ouve nada com as portas fechadas, escolhi este lugar para passar meu aniversário e foi simplesmente incrível, estar a noite vendo do alto a plaza mayor foi fantástico. Ficamos no segundo andar, com dois lances de escada, super tranquilo, o estacionamento fica bem perto a recepcionista nos levou até lá, nos orientou sobre o funcionamento as chaves, foi ótimo. Adorei a estadia e ficaria aqui novamente com certeza

The hotel has a great location but that’s all it has for it. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The sheets had blood stains on it. The beds are full of bed bugs and my daughters got hundreds of bites all over her body. It is extremely hot with only time fans offered. There is a reason it is cheaper than all the other hotels. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Llave no funciono bien ni anumera las las puertas, lo vontrario de las fotos de la pagina . las chapas de la habitacion no aseguran,aguda de ducha irregualble... frioo orrible las ventanas no son antiruidos por esa razon no se puede dormir bien por todo el ruido que se escucha ,

A vista do Hotel é incrivel com toda a Plaza na nossa sacada, so isso ja vale muito a estada. Mas nao é suite, e estão tem que lembrar que vai dividir o uso do WC com hospedes desconhecidos. No mais se voce nao se importar com isso, vai na fé que vao adorar.

Nuit difficile car la chambre pas du tout de chauffage on a u tres froid on nous a dit a la réception que a 21h nous aurions du chauffage et sa na pas ete le cas dessus

Hébergement pas cher sur la Plaza Mayor. Heures d’arrivée restreintes. Assez confortablement. Hôte accueillant et parlant bien français. A l’étage sans ascenseur.

Great, great place to stay. Only inconvenient: long stairs to the 3rd floor, but the view was worth it. The staff was helpful and kind at all times.

O hotel fica no coração de Salamanca e nós atendeu muito bem. Álvaro e Miguel são muito receptivos e atenciosos. A limpeza é impecável e o preço excelente!

I have used this hotel in the past due to great location. Bad point is great location as almost impossible to find as it confuses every GPS. Parking is a nightmare, even for tight fisted motorcycle riders. Official check in time of 1830 is a joke.....I did get an email the day I left giving the option to check in early. Phone is not covered 24 hours so if you arrive with your bags early....bad luck! Knowing all this crap.....I would definitely come again.
