Staff were reponsive. Bugs in the room

Very nice hotel and very good price

Smoke throughout the building. Old and unclean.

There is no lift do if you stay in high floor and have luggage there is problem carry luggage upstairs.

Bugs are common in many hotels but there seemed to be more than usual here. Bad sewer smell most of the time. Manageable for the few days I was there but glad that I didn't pay full price.
