Kitchenette not as expected. Not able to cook in it.. Staff ok just language barriers things gets lost in translation. Did not use parking nor eat in the restaurant. Bathroom setup sucks after showering the area is wet. Not much thought in its design. Great location noisy street, Blackout curtains help keep noise out. Taxi stand across from hotel easy access to downtown and airport.

We had a junior suite with balcony. The room was clean and spacious, had a little sitting area which served as storage space for luggage etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable with clean bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful and always there to help. However, there was only one towel in the room and we had to request one, was not ideal after 5h travelling and wanting to get a shower. The biggest issue for us was the location. It was based on a main road and we found it incredibly noisy. We could hear car horns during the whole day & night from the room. Casa is super busy, heavy on cars and loud, so we would recommend a quieter area to stay. The hotel and room itself is good value for money, if however you do not like noisy environments I would recommend a different place.

Großes und sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück war lecker, abwechslungsreich. Parkhaus (sehr eng) mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen vorhanden.

Excellent personnel a la réception, petit déjeuner et chambres. Grande chambre confortable mais toute petite salle de bain. Demander de préférence une chambre sur la cour arrière, beaucoup plus paisible. Merci à l’équipe et le meilleur a tous.

Room was very spacious, clean, the bedsheets crisp. Ambience was homey. Breakfast was superb, not as varied but sufficient. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

It’s a really good hotel, spacious and good, cheap food in close suburbs. Lift was terrible and parking area is dangerous.

EVERY member of staff was excellent, for the price I paid the service was wonderful, front desk, attendants and cleaning staff. A tiny hiccup with WiFi but sorted out immediately. Hotel itself was clean and very fresh looking, room was clean and very modern looking. Definitely would go back!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 15 nights and I must say that my experience was fantastic. Courteous staff, clean spacious suite, great location & excellent breakfast. I had originally booked the junior suite but I was upgraded to an executive suite upon check in - so that was a very nice surprise.

I had a really great stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly and made everything feel easy from check‑in to check‑out. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, and the overall atmosphere just felt relaxed and welcoming. I’d happily stay again and definitely recommend it!

Room was big, spacious and clean. One thing, need to provide paper or cloth towels. We used dishes but had nothing to clean them with.
