Staffs are not accommodating. A single Bed for 2 People to fit in.

it's not clean - floor was wet when we got in, walls were dirty and the bathroom looked like it wasn't sanitized. water isn't working properly - low pressure or now water coming out at all. there's only 1 tank and multiple establishments so water is not always available. service is bad - they didn't even accommodate us when we came in. on the plus side - we had 2 towels on the bed, 2 toilet papers. restaurants around is good and the location is a 5 min walk from the surfing area. but you'd rather be in a hostel. water is so important

It’s my second time here.Whether you’ll be spending all your time at the beach or out to check other tourist attraction, it is always a great place to stay, the staff are friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to leave our bags since we got there earlier than the check in time 😊

Our stay was great and relaxing, you can hear the splash of the ocean in your room. They allowed us to check in at 7am. Except for the water in the cr and sink. It smell rusty and brownish. Well be back again.

Just average. We stayed there for 3D2N in beach front fan room. Resort location is pretty good, it is accessible. Room location (beachfront) - the view is nice. You'll be able to see beautiful sunrise and sunset (also, partying people at night lol). The room is spacious enough for 2 pax and has its own toilet. However, I'm disappointed with pillows and towels, I guess that those were not properly laundered. Also, there's an electrical outlet in the balcony that sparkled during our stay. Thanks! :)

It was comfortable and homey. a good choice especially if you're on a budget!

Staff were great specially Ate Vilma. Place is just what I expected for its price. 1,700 for 2 days for a beachfront room isn't that bad after all. Highly recommended for practical travelers.

Room was okay esp. aircon is very cold. The only thing we didn't like is the water. It smells like ocean water. But it's tolerable. This resort is okay for budget travelers, those who just need a place to sleep at.

I think this is the cheapest beachfront accommodation you can found in San Juan. :)

Affordable price and the owner is nice.

Our room was amazing. It's in front of the beach and on the second floor. Although we only stayed in the fan room, it wasn't hot because of the breeze coming from the sea, which was very refreshing. They have a common CR but only two rooms get to use it so not much CR traffic. The water pressure was a bit weak at night but that might just be a one time thing. They had a neighboring restaurant/bar so it might get noisy at night. But overall, we had a great time and I'll definitely go back. Ate Mona is also very accommodating and nice.

It's very relaxing there. We stayed at their beachfront room. You will hear the ocean as you are sleeping. The crew are very nice and pleasant. Didn't get to try their food though since the bar didn't open until there were many people staying at their hotel. I wish they have nicer pillows and blankets though. I will definitely stay there again.

Very accessible. Friendly staff. The little food I ordered was great and tasteful. The beachfront fan room I booked was just right, spacious and no need to have an AC. Great sunset view too. 😊

Place was great. Some termite damages were near our bed but apart from that, place was great. Will definitely come back.

Great location. A beach front resort with a bar and restaurant. What more could you ask for! Plus they offer surfing lessons and board rentals. A value for your money.
