La ubicación de Casa Ofelia es excelente, es un hotel boutique que se encuentra en el corazón de Polanco, a una cuadra de la calle mazaryk. Hay muchísimos restaurantes y comercios alrededor. La habitación es amplia, limpia y luminosa, y cuenta con una terraza privada. Saliendo del hotel está el café Nido un lugarcito muy concurrido con panadería deliciosa. El personal es sumamente amable y servicial. He estado en Casa Ofelia muchas veces y nunca he tenido ningún problema, siempre es como llegar a casa.

Ubicación excelente 10 en muy buena zona de Polanco esquina con Mazarik. Decoración linda ordenada y minimalista. Recepción atenta y buen servicio Nos dieron desayuno incluido en Niddo café que está abajo (muy lindo lugar buen café y panadería) Limpieza un 7 se sentía mucho polvo en el piso Las toallas se veían ya gastadas El baño tenía un olor a humedad y la regadera tenía rota la llave de agua. La puerta también con detalles en la cerradura para cerrarla. En general le doy un 8-10 creo podrían mejorar esos detalles.

Extremely well located boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco (Polanquito). Normally when I’m in the city I stay with friends but this time opted to find my own accommodation and this property did not disappoint. There are plenty of dining options in the immediate vicinity(within a couple hundred feet walking distance) including the well known Niddo Café which is part of the property and immediately downstairs. Very quiet and safe area with good police presence safeguarding locals and tourists as well. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating at all times — all the way from the front desk manager(Arturo, who’s a gem of a person, always smiling and happy to help with anything), to the housekeeping team, and security guards. Overall had a phenomenal stay with a few minimal observations, remarks and comments that I will share directly with the management team of the property.
