對房客的反應處理快速，服務人員態度和善，很棒🎉！

地點很好，附近購物食肆都很方便。早餐也很豐富，味道很好。只是隔音有點差。

設備新穎，飯店位置方便去逢甲或鬧區，秋紅谷，早餐有水準豐富好吃，整體服務值得讚許，下次有機會仍會回住。

大廳年輕的接待人員服務態度有進步的空間，跟客人對話時如果再親切一點會更好、更專業。 住過7樓和12樓，房間免治馬桶半夜都會突然自動噴水清潔，很嚇人！ 最後只好把免治開關關掉！

優點：酒店乾淨簇新明亮，服務員樂親切有禮，酒店位置屬於富人區，附近全是豪宅，面向秋紅谷公園，環境幽静。歌劇院，大遠百，老虎城步行5-10/分鐘到達。 房間內的爆谷好食，電視是smart tv,有youtube及Netfix 缺點：冰箱不夠凍，每晚要上交誼廳取冰塊。 最大問題是渠道有臭味，每天回房要打開房門疏氣。 早餐是卡菲娜套餐形式，指定款式牛角包或貝果或蛋餅，連續食4天有點腻，又不可以補錢轉其它食品。

房間舒適，吹風機是Dyson還有附烘髮罩，很棒。 但早餐令人感到負擔，沒有太多的選擇

地點很不錯，走路即可到商場。房間小而美但隔音不太好，整體而言下次還會選擇這裡。

地點很好，很新，很乾淨，服務態度很好

當天入住引導人員引導自助入住系統，但無法辨識及確認訂單反而造成更多時間的浪費，系統及人員稍顯不足，隔音不太好（可以聽到隔壁房間的聲音及流水聲）～另外提前一天預訂的早餐，當天被告知品項已售完，感受不太好～

前台服務生態度良好，房間很乾淨而且走廊有飲水機 飯店附早餐的服務很棒 需要前一天要先上網預約隔天的早餐品項和用餐時間 但當天卻被告知預約的品項被賣光了 當下有點錯愕，不知道前天預約的意義是什麼 不過服務生態度良好，希望之後可以細心點避免這個錯誤

We stayed at Halo House for a week, it’s our home away from home. The front desk crew is very friendly, helpful and informative, they always greeted us with big smiles. Breakfast is “ western style”, quiches were delicious, coffee was great . Breakfast is made to order, so the wait is a bit long. We had the family style room, the toilet room is separated from shower room, I felt the toilet is very cramped . For bedding, besides regular pillows, they even offered neck comfort pillow , which surprised me.They should have neck pillows for sale on site. 15th floor is public area for who stay there, gym is clean, self-laundry area is clean. For transportation, we relied on Uber, Halo House is at the corner, easy to find a pickup spot. But it’s a bit far from subway or mainline bus, however the overall environment is peaceful and quiet. Halo House is just across from Maple park , and around the corner from Taichung Theater , which I loved to have morning walks .

有投幣式洗衣機！不過固障！我用了雙倍才把衣服衣好和烘衣，對於商務輕旅者適合！如果是國際旅行可能行李是無法收納好！整體可以使用空間約6~7坪！設計新的流線！厠所和冲澡是利落乾淨的感受！早餐不錯！但是常常已經無法誏你選擇，要前一天預定
