Simple variety of breakfast

離景區很近、大廳與早餐空間很美很有氣氛、房間裝修很新潮（可惜窗簾上有一條蛛絲）入住2天、第二天回房門被消磁虛驚ㄧ場、其它都很完美下次去其它城市還會選它門的集團的飯店住

The hotel is located very close to the main train station, the Old Town attractions are also nearby via walking or local transit. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was filling and featured local products. The hotel also has a really nice bar with rooftop deck. On top of all that the place smells really nice from the moment you walk in.

Location was good. The staff was so nice. Loved the roof top area!

Very very nice, i'd love to visit again

Genel olarak otel baya konforluydu. Fotoğraflarda odada kettle görünüyor ancak odalardan kettle'lar toplanmış. Ek olarak biz 3 gün kaldık. İlk gün oda temizliği yapılmadı sonraki günlerde yaptılar. Odada biz olduğumuz için rahatsız etmek istemediklerinden dolayı temizlik yapmadıklarını düşünüyoruz.

Great hotel for a base in Prague

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is excellent. However, our experience was unfortunately disappointing in several ways. The rooftop bar was closed for private events on two out of the three evenings during our stay, which was a big reason why we chose this hotel. On the morning of our departure, the handle on the bathroom door broke off, leaving some of our belongings locked inside. Even though we asked for help more than an hour before checking out, the issue was not resolved before we had to leave for the airport. It has now been almost four days, and our belongings still have not been sent from the hotel. The breakfast is very good, but the dining area is far too small for the size of the hotel, making it crowded and stressful in the mornings. Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, the service and organization did not meet expectations, and I would choose another hotel next time.

Good location 5 minutes from the train station and Metro. Walking distance to many touristic attraction. Friendly staff. Good internet, some TV channel in English.

Modern hotel conveniently located where I needed to be. Expensive considering no fridge, kettle or other amenities in the room, gym or pool. 20€ added breakfast seems like a lot. Worst of all was the noise of some construction - drilling sound happening in the morning when trying to sleep. My devices also weren't charging in my room on the ground floor. Room was never cleaned the whole time of 3 nights I was there even though one of the days I managed to leave a bit earlier. I had the sign on while in the room but would be nice for them to check if I needed anything or even have a couple bottles of water included. At least soap, lotion and hair dryer available and room clean to begin with, and a tiny safe available by the bed. Noise was the biggest issue for me. View could have been better - given 1st floor overlooking the train tracks. They offered to keep my bags on check out which was nice even though I decided not to.

Hotel fantástico, super novo, serviço impecável, próximo da cidade antiga.

Very nice and clean and good location. However, the room seriously lacked amenities.there were only two pillows total, insufficient for two people. Also, there was not even a coffee maker in the room. The bedding sheets were super rough like sandpaper.
