Very good stay staff were excellent

Excellent location, within walking distance to nice restaurants and points of interest in casc section of the city. Rooms are big and facility is well maintained. Didn’t hear any noise at night. I was staying in the main building, second building is across the street, restaurant and roof top bar are located in this area. Only negative is that room lacked windows, that’ why I gave it a 4.

I don’t know the name of the two girls at the front desk ( different shifts ) but they were really rude with the actitud like “ I don’t care” those girls are awful, later there was a guy completely different and change my mind about leaving the hotel, the pros location, bads A/C didn’t work for half of our trip ( that was the main reason I wanted to leave ) and the WiFi simply didn’t work at all, also the TV is just Netflix ( when the WiFi works ) Finally I really don’t know if I will return here, the faces of those rude girls and the A/C ruined half of my trip.

My girlfriend and I stayed at hotel San Felipe in March. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, and it was surprisingly quiet given the rooftop bar next door. We ordered breakfast from room service each morning and it was excellent. A big shout out to the staff for helping my girlfriend and I shop for the things we needed. Their restaurant suggestions were excellent.

hotel muy bien ubicado, personal muy atento. el unico problema es que eramos un grupo grande y nos acomodaron en diferentes torres, y una de ellas tuvo probemas con el clima y al segundo dia pidieron cambio de hotel. Eso si, los cambiaron a un buen hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. In a great area, clean, and roof top bar was beautiful. AC is very cold!

the hotel is very nice with a very helpful and professional staff. They also have a fantastic location just a short walk to anything in the Old Town. Room was just plain but very comfortable.

We were in the B buiding. The air-conditioning in the room failed every afternoon and our last day it was out all night too. The staff brought us fans when we asked. There is clearly a problem with the central air. They claim they are closing the building and getting it fixed next week. First they offered a free breakfast when we complained after 5 days of this, then the last night they offered to move us to another hotel but we were too exhaused by that hour. Finally, when we were checking out, they reimbursed us for two days.

The location is excellent!

Overall a nice stay. Staffs are extremely nice and helpful. Few things that could have been better - there were no hot water in shower. Also the WiFi speed is extremely slow. Great location in Casco Viejo.

Clean room. Friendly staff Centrally located

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was not great. They contract out breakfast to Restaurante El Enemigo across the street. The restaurant has good reviews on Google but our experience was terrible. The service was unacceptably slow. We were one of the first customers when they opened for breakfast in the morning. We promptly ordered. We wanted to go to Miraflores Visitor Center early. After about 40 minutes they said only one item was allowed per person. Okay, they wanted to take the order again. Why did they wait that long? After another 40 minutes ordering again, they brought the items we ordered for two people correct but different items for two other people. When asked, they told us that it would take another 30 minutes to get the items we ordered, so they substituted. They did not understand English. We were disappointed and left without having breakfast. We skipped going there for breakfast the next morning as well.

Breakfast menu was great, free with the night's stay also. Location was excellent, very friendly staff.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of old town. The location is perfect and their restaurant is fantastic. The rooftop bar helps recover from days in the Panama heat.

Excelentemente ubicado, con personal muy atento, lindas instalaciones solo tengo un comentario, el baño tiene una puerta casi transparente. Nosotros viajamos con mi nieto de 16 años y fue incómodo estar en una habitación donde no hay privacidad en el baño
