Muy bien, solo 1 día no nos llevaron café al cuarto

Creo que le falta mejor señalización a la entrada

El trato del personal fue muy amable y atento, la comida riquísima, y la habitación muy bonita y rústica.

Tuve una experiencia muy placentera y satisfactoria. El concepto es muy novedoso y afín al negocio que manejamos. Muy recomendable por su ubicación ya que se encuentra muy próximo al aeropuerto y fué la opción más conveniente por la hora- Lo mejor es la amabilidad de la gente que nos atendió.

This business appears to have started not long ago. The location, the scenery and the property appeared all beautiful, however the place it’s deceaving. I’m leaving this review not to criticize it but for management to take into consideration when making improvements. Upon arrival, I thought the rooms would be inside where the main structure is but instead,the rooms are located on the side of the main dirt road with no security whatsoever. The doors of each room are old wooden gate doors with a cheap lock that anybody could break. There was construction on the same road and at night multiple trucks passed by. Unfortunately, I felt unsafe the entire nite and I regretted the stay. The rooms appeared cozy and contemporary. We loved the look and the view to the small vineyard but that was it. There was no AC unit and there are no blinds on the windows, which was extremely uncomfortable. The room and bathrooms although clean gave me a sense of discomfort and I kept thinking bugs would get in. There was no drinking water or a coffee machine in the room which was inconvenient. I believe we were the only guests in the entire property so I was even more scared. Things to improve: Security - Gates Doors AC and heating units Blinds Add bottles of water/ coffee Lights Charge an incidental fee upon arrival and avoid payment issues with credit cards if internet is down. Location was ideal as it was the closest hotel to the airport and I had an early flight. Good luck to the owners.

Excelente servicio

Excelente lugar, lo único que cambiaría sería aislar el ruido que entra a la habitación, ya que estás a unos metros de la carretera e instalar unas persianas Blackout, porque a pesar de qué es muy lindo, el sol te deslumbra tan pronto sale.

El hotel queda a orilla de carretera. La habitación es muy sencilla con pocas amenidades, pero para dormir solamente, nos funcionó bien. La cama es cómoda. En las noches se escuchaba algo de ruido de la carretera aunque no nos molestó para descansar.

Showers were either scalding or ice cold, no blend. Electricity was irregular so charging any devices was hard, bed was comfortable, room was dim with all lights on. Light outside the door shown through a window all night. Restaurant service was slow and the food only passable. Car service to the airport was 15 minutes late. Morning coffee never came.

Una visita muy agradable, el servicio a la habitación excelente,el personal del viñedo y el hotel muy hable , atención 10 de 10, las chicas del spa excelente atención y servicio

Esperaba otra cosa, en realidad no me gustó el alojamiento en general

I only stayed one night and I got in very late. The staff stayed to make sure I could get checked in. In the morning they saw me wondering around looking for coffee but the restaurant wasn’t open. No big deal. But a few minutes later I got a knock on my door and they had brought me a little tray with coffee and some breakfast breads. That was very sweet and thoughtful! Thank you!!!! ❤️ Gorgeous property!!!!

Muy bonito el lugar. Pero ruidoso. Regadera deficiente. Hubo una fiests en el hotel y la música a todo volumen. El personal del hotel amable.

Mal estado de mantenimiento. La regadera no funciona, se cayó la llave cuando quisimos abrirla, se salió toda el agua. Sin tapete, el baño se mojó todo, pedimos un trapeador que nunca nos trajeron. Poca seguridad en la propiedad

El lugar es rustico como se puede esperar estando en un viñedo, el cuarto esta agradable, limpio, y cuenta con todo lo que se ocupa para pasar la noche y hasta un fin de semana, la cercania a la carretera es buena pero a la vez el ruido de los trailers puede ser un poco para algunas personas, yo en mi caso no tuve problema para dormir. Probamos el restaurant, y el chef nos deleito con una pizza muy rica receta de la casa, acompañado por una copa del vino de la casa, la cena estuvo muy rica.

Linda habitación, alimentos promedio, pague por un tasting de cerveza y solo me dieron un caballito de un estilo porque de los demás no había, tiraron a la basura mi protector bucal

Horrible la habitación, nada que ver con lo que muestran en internet. No se deje. Engaña y por obvias razones no te hacen la devolución

There was a nice historical write-up (in Spanish) about the property but zero information otherwise. Only a partial bottle of ostensibly purified water (in a wine bottle). I came in late at night and was VERY thirsty but nervous to drink this and NOT comfortable to drink the tap water- very rustic accommodation. Used what little water there was to brush my teeth. The bed was comfortable but there was tons of road noise so I had to play my sleep music full volume to drown it out. Also directly under flight path to the airport. I haven’t met the staff, who I’m sure are lovely, but having potable water accessible seems like a bare minimum expectation.

The hotel location is perfect in relation to airport distance (10 minutes). The room are not completly sealed; there were some bugs in the room because the doors being cracked. Also the room did not feel very safe because of the doors condition. The overall rooms are beautiful very rustic and the area is also beautiful.
