Wonderful location especially when you like wild animals, like baboons who sometimes visit your balcony, wonderful people there who are more than willing to serve and help! Facilities are a bit old.

酒店总体条件不错，在一个小山城上，距离赞比西河很近，离市区也不远。环境很好，绿树成荫，大片草地，还在不少动物。有两点需要提醒：一是位置标示不清，谷歌地图上显示有Elephants Resort和Elephant Hotel之分，其实是前者，我们自驾一开始还找错地方了；二是年代稍显久远，饭店设施有些老旧。

Good hotel with wonderful view. Cheerful staff in the restaurant and concierge but not at the reception. It's a bit far from the town though (but there's an hourly shuttle bus to the town).

A large hotel with great views looking across to the spray from the Falls and river. Food was good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking around the golf course and property where we could watch monkeys, baboons, mongoose, impala, crocodile and birds. The property is looking a little tired in places and a few things missing, like bathrobes and tissues, which we did expect at the price.

Great staff and facilities

Staff was great, check in was very fast. The restaurant menus had many choices. The property was very large with flowers snd many trees high on s hill. So close to the Victoria Falls, you could hear them and see the mist, Free shuttles to Victoria Falls Park and town

Fantastic friendly staff, great pools, complex is a bit old and tired but lovely grounds and amenities, and still a lovely hotel. Room servicing was good, turndown service was a bit hit and miss, laundry service was efficient, restaurant was quite good, shuttle was awesome and the drivers were exceptionally accomodating and helpful, golf was great, course is a little rough but the caddies were great. The only thing that irked us was that when we paid cash for a drink at the pool bar, or golf course fees, change was not forthcoming. I don’t mind handing it back as a tip but it shouldn’t be assumed. We had no such issue inside the hotel at the bar.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful attentive staff and services. While the rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms need a complete update.

Very outdated and everything closed. It was advertised as a resort with a casino and bowling alley, but they were closed. Overpriced for very outdated rooms. We left 2 days early. Staff were pleasant.

The staff are friendly, although their helpfulness can be questionable at times. It feels like “yes” is the default response, even when follow-through is lacking. The hotel itself is clearly showing signs of age, the rooms and facilities are tired, and renovations are definitely needed. While Victoria Falls is known for its eco-tourism, the hotel doesn't offer much in terms of nighttime entertainment or activities. Overall, the experience was just okay — nothing particularly memorable, but not terrible either.

Loved our stay at this property. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport as well as Victoria falls. The staff were amazing, especially Rody at the front desk, the shuttle drivers and our wait staff. The breakfast was included and was superb with lots of choices, including gluten free options. The pool area was nice to relax after a day of touring. Our room was clean but there was a gaping hole from the outside, near the deck doors, allowing for mosquitos to enter. They did spray our room before bed and there is mosquito netting around the bed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Elephant hills! The staff really are just so wonderful and friendly and the facilities were awesome! Pools, golf, tennis, and games rooms kept us occupied on the downtime parts of the days! The airport transfers were a breeze and the shuttle bus to town / the falls was so convenient. Honestly cannot fault our stay here. Couple in our early 30s.

Staff was very accommodating. Food was excellent. Saw plenty of wildlife in the area. Would definitely go back!
