We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sofis. As soon as you arrive the staff are there to greet you and make you feel welcome. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The amenities such as the washing machines and dryers was really helpful especially if you're on a long trip.

The room was clean, immaculate, quiet with a good view. Best breakfast ever experienced. Staff really helpful. Dining room staff exceptionally efficient and customer orientated. We really enjoyed the dining experience there.

This was the best hotel experience I’ve had probably ever and I’ve traveled to 70 countries. I never got such personal service. They treated me like a queen answered every question through WeChat connected me to entertainment, shopping, whatever I wanted, brought me tea to my room. The location was great, right near an absolutely gorgeous Buddhist temple I am absolutely blown away by the level of courtesy and friendliness and service that I received. I think hotels in America should learn from them. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Trip I left my favorite jacket in the room and headed to the airport. They not only contacted me and told me and sent me a photo of it, but they sent a second taxi to the airport to deliver the jacket to me in a plastic bag wow!!

The room was beautiful, and the service was great. I appreciated the welcome dessert and fruit tea. There were also snacks in the room (not a minibar). I utilized the robot room service option which was "fun" and really affordable. I had to leave for a tour before breakfast started, so I didn’t get to check that out...
