I do not recommend booking here. I made a reservation for three people, but upon arrival, I was told there was no such booking and no rooms available. At the reception, they refused to cancel the booking, provide written confirmation, or issue a refund; instead, they insisted I handle it through the booking platform. I contacted the platform, but ultimately, my refund request was denied. Payment had been made in advance. It’s a disgrace. We were scammed by Ferdi. Avoid this place like the plague.
