Rooms had a bad smell, no housekeeping no proper sheets

The staff were very friendly. Hotel in excellent location. Rooms clean and tidy.

So disgusting I have never seen in my life

We booked two rooms in the hotel, an hour before our arrival we received a call to say the rooms were not available , but they had booked us into their apartment, at this stage we just had to accept as didn’t have time to find anywhere else. Shocking is all I can say and I will be putting a complaint in with Expedia
