Villas are nice and clean with a great view from every one of the water (all water front with a balcony). Includes bottled water and a well stocked kitchen. Someone is constantly taking the sand out front to keep it neat and there is a dock if you need to be picked up by boat. Also hammocks and a swing on the water. The staff was nice and quick to respond. Could improve: bed and outdoor cushions not comfortable. There is zero signage to find from the road and you access via an abandoned closed down property. There was zero communication to tell me in advance how to find it annd I had to call. Easy improvement. Finally, only the bedroom is air conditioned. The living room and kitchen are not air conditioned so quite warm and not somewhere you want to spend time. Overall great value for the money - would return.

Its ever bit as nice as the pictures. Beautiful beach and super quiet at night. The place next door was under construction but quiet at night. Great value and just a quick ride to down town. The location is excellent and truck stop is right there every evening on the ride back.
