Great location, close to the airport. The hotel is somewhat hidden, I went out to get snacks and found someone looking for the hotel so I helped him out. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They had a continental breakfast ready for us in the morning and drove us to the airport when we requested it. I would recommend if planning on doing things in the city, or flying out early in the morning.

El cuarto 108 tenía olor a moho, el aire no se pudo controlar y el recepcionista dijo que era que las baterías estaban bajas , que regresaría y no regreso y pasé con un aire infuncional, por eso le puse 4, porque en si fue muy amable en su trato , y aunque salí a las 2.45 am me dieron el desayuno empacado ( muy buen. Punto.).

The convenience of the L Aurora Inn from the airport is a great stay within walking distance. The Inn was clean. The service was slow, there was only one man available and we had to wait and they could not help us with roomservice. It was faster to Uber food.

I successfully communicated with the property through WhatsApp. The pickup point is the café to the left of where you exit Arrivals. Although the hotel is super close to the airport (just a few hundred metres) using the free shuttle is your safest bet. Water, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. were provided. The room auto locks. They delivered my free breakfast to my room. The sheet at check in when you choose your free breakfast is a little confusing. The employee working at checkout is super friendly. I would stay here again if I needed to wait until the next day for a flight.

Super convenient location! we actually walked here from the airport the night we arrived just using the map app on my iPhone. Transport to the airport on the way out was easy and fast. Breakfast choices (waffles and eggs) are freshly made and very tasty local juices and jams. Love the 24 hr coffee service and the terrace upstairs for breakfast. I’d stay here again!

Comfortable room, very close to the airport, and a nice breakfast

We enjoyed a very nice stay at L Aurora. The room was clean. The traditional breakfast was hot and delicious. The security is very good here. There is a fee to check in early but we could leave our bags and they were delivered to our room before we checked in. Easy walk to the airport. And there’s a nice little restaurant up a couple blocks, too.

L’Aurora is a beautiful place to stay and has a thoughtful and attentive staff. Surprisingly comfortable beds for Latin American too. Their airport shuttle is quick and easy too!

I rarely respond to these requests for online reviews. In this case, I'm very happy to do so. This hotel was a pleasant surprise in so many ways. It's within walking distance to the airport though we chose to use their included shuttle service since it was early morning (and dark) when we left the hotel for the airport for our flight. After dark this is not a pedestrian friendly neighborhood. We arrived after dark and departed before sunrise so I can't speculate on a daylight walk. The hotel is clean and modern and the welcome and check-in went smoothly with the great desk attendant Danillo (sp?). The room was clean, cool and spacious. We arrived hungry. We were told any dining options would be a 15+ walk away and then informed that the kitchen could prepare something for us. The menu was limited but our two choices arrived quickly, were freshly prepared and quite good. In short, this hotel was a score for us and met every need. I should add too that I expected there to be the noise of aircraft overhead. We checked in about 7:30pm and out at 5:15am and I can't recall hearing even a single plane go overhead.

Clean room, bathroom, and absolutely loved breakfast in bed!! Service was great and they dropped me off at the airport for my morning flight. Wonderful experience, would absolutely stay there again.

All was very good and clean. Only negative is the hot water. We had to let it run for over 5 minutes to warm up and even then it was lukewarm. Good breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Better than expected. Nice reset to catch early am flight, just a few minutes to the airport and they have a shuttle.

Shuttle was easy & only coffee at 5 am.
