Hotel limpio y amabilidad 100 de 100

Bonito el hotel lo único de malo es que estan en construcción junto al hotel y no como estar en la piscina

Todo muy bien, solo que estan construyendo una apliación y habia mucho ruido, era imposible disfdrutar de sus instalaciones.

The Hotel is okay, better than many others we have visited in this 3 weeks trip. But I would not call it great. The site makes you believe that it is a beach front Hotel. That is a total missreprasentation

La vista y la paz…pensamos que al no tener acceso a la playa iba a ser un problema, dos días no salimos del hotel, fue innecesario ir a la playa, se pasa muy bien en la zona de la piscina y del restaurant para quienes aprovechamos descansando

Room needs to get updated

Lo mejor del Hotel es el servicio de su personal, la habitación no me agradó estilo antigua poco moderna, el hotel está bien ubicado

Aconsejo revisar todos los servicios antes de recibir la habitación, ventilador, TV, aire acondicionado, etc.

Clean, cozy, quiet. Definitely recommend

Wi-Fi. It was almost non-existent. Rooms were comfortable and fairly well-appointed, but the wi-fi was very poor. Also, one waiter was almost rude to us, serving others in the dining room who arrived AFTER we did, and bringing our breakfast scrambled eggs on saucers (what--no plates?). The beach view was fine, and the ambiance was relaxing. The hotel is convenient to the Murcielago Beach and the Mall Del Pacifico, but there are definitely some finer points that could stand work. We won't stay there again.

I liked the outdoor pool area and the upper terrace. The room had all that was expected (TV, internet, A/C) except for a small fridge. Service was excellent!

Bonito lugar, la piscina podría estar un poco más limpia y el desayuno podría presentar alguna opción extra.
