The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful and the food tasty. The pool was out of order and the water pressure quite low, but the setting was beautiful with excellent opportunities for birdwatching. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

I was not able to stay at this hotel even though I booked and paid. The hotel management said that it did not have any relationship with Expedia.

The facility picture on the website is not the actual place I was accommodated. An annex of the original place was rather assigned to me. Unconvinced excuses were made to explain such a terrible situation. Lack of credible database to track on-site booking. Overall, 3/10 hospitality services were provided !!!

**** THIS RATING IS NOT FOR THE HOTEL **** But for Expedia, They are listing this hotel without the hotel’s consent. When I arrived to the hotel, they were fully booked and had NO record of my reservations. When I showed them my Expedia booking, they stated that they have no affiliation with Expedia and have asked Expedia to remove their hotel from the platform several times. I was not able to check in at this hotel and had to scatter to find a place last minute. Therefore, I cannot rightfully rate this hotel but I can advise that this is false advertising. When I contacted Expedia to advise and request my refund they gave me the run around and never acknowledged the fact that they’re not affiliated with this hotel. Instead they denied my refund. After going back and forward with them for 2-3 days I was FINALLY refunded.

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Unglückliche war der Lärm von der Musik aus der Bar. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter
