Room was great, very clean and within a short walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. I enjoyed my stay!

Rent rom som på bildene. Noe kronglete å finne frem og innsjekking. Fint plassert i Split. Så i ettertid at skatter og rengjøringsgebyr som skulle betales på stedet var høyere enn det som var avtalt på nettsiden. Merk at dette er rom i leiligheter, og at rommene er lytte. Vi hørte med bråk fra folk som skulle ut/inn samt fra naborommet.

Really nice room in a great area of Split. It had the bare essentials, e.g., iron, kettle, washing machine, and some great additions like washing liquids, extra blankets, body soap and little hygiene kits. The room met my expectations very well! The air conditioning was great, too. Check-in was smooth. We had to meet with the host just as we arrived. He was very lovely and explained things clearly. The only thing would be the tax for the room, which was €45. I found this a bit high, especially compared to other rooms we looked at when booking. But otherwise, it was a great stay. 5/5.

Excellent location to visit Split but clearer directions to find the room would be helpful upon arrival. The room was clean and within walking distance of the old town. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Apartment was lovely & clean, nice & modern. Smaller than I anticipated from the booking photos but still good value for money. Only issue we encountered was the shower running hot & cold intermittently, eventhough we left the boiler on (as per the owners instructions). The apartment location is very central to everything in the old town. And we felt 100% safe everywhere in Split, day & night. Woukd thoroughly recommend Victoria Luxury Apartments for a visit to Split.

We could bot be happier than staying here, the sweet host Ivika, we talked to her everyday, she even baked me a cake when i was sick for a few days. We felt like home, and we didnt want to leave again, even the neighbours that lived everyday life there was so kind. We will came again for sure, we miss it so much, the old town was 1 min away, i never found out how the tv worked but we didnt need it anyway. We think of you Ivika, and hope that your husbond is a little better.

Very good location to explore Split old town everthing within walking distance the stsff was easy to communicate with we would stay there again if we return.

The location of the apartment is ideal. It's quiet yet very close to all amenities. It felt very safe as well. We were able to walk to everything! The host, Ivica, was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed in the traditional studio, and we couldn't be happier with it; it was clean and spacious. Split can be quite costly, so we appreciated that the property had a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions, yet remains very quiet and private. Communication with the owner was excellent, offering numerous helpful recommendations.

We stayed at Victoria luxury rooms for 3 nights and we loved it! Convenient location, short walk to Riva Promenade and all other sites in Split. Apartment is clean and spacious. WiFi is slow and sometimes hard to connect. Good water pressure but ran out of hot water while showering. No daily housekeeping but they provided us with fresh towels upon request. Yvanka is very helpful. Roma provided us with good recommendation around the area. There’s a convenience store across the street. Great location!

Pros: - Excellent location - Room was very clean and tidy - Great bed - Air condition worked perfectly - Host was kind and helpful Cons: - Commucation before trip was hard - There is no kitchenware, cutleries, wine glasses etc. - Housekeeping is not included even on long stays. This was a bit disappointing, because there was no cleaning supplies, toilet paper, clean glasses etc. in our room - Building was noisy on nights Summary: I would recommend room for a shorter vacations than our six nights stay.

A great stay in a centrally located area of the old town, everything is walkable. Lovely room with all the conveniences you'd need, a really lovely space. Great communication with the host too. Would definitely stay again.

O atendimento que recebemos qdo chegamos foi simplesmente maravilhoso, muito atencioso e proativo; localização boa, ótima refrigeração, colchão bom, não gostamos dos travesseiros, chuveiro bom, as cortinas poderiam ser com blackout (gostamos de quartos bem escuros), poderia ter uma cafeteira e microondas. Sentimos falta de toalhas da praia.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks as a solo traveller. Got an uber from the airport and check in was smooth. Operator sent many recommendations through WhatsApp which were very helpful. It’s a guesthouse so it’s a room in a house with others in other rooms. Very clean and quiet in a great area which was walkable to everything. Only a few minutes walk to major attractions. Busses available nearby. Halfway through my stay I requested cleaning and fresh towels which was done no problem. The operators were available by WhatsApp for any questions. Air conditioning was much appreciated and could be controlled. Kitchen with supplies was useful and there was even a clothes washer was in the room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend.

Alletiders lille hotel. Der er ingen reception, men Toma hjælper ved ankomst. Der er utroligt rent og pænt. Og beliggenheden er i top.
