Clean room and hallway. The food was okay. Nothing special and I think it is kinda overpriced compared to outside restaurants. The staffs are very polite and some are shy. I do want to address an issue because I sent a message to their messenger during the stay but no response at all.

Hotel staff is friendly and heplful. Although the room we stayed was clean and with useful amenities in the bathroom, I wish the sink was equipped with hot water.

excellent staff! clean room, scent of the whole hotel is amazing!!! i love it! i'd like to know what kind of scent they are using. i love the rosemary plants in the garden.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Easy walk downtown and also very easy to get taxis.
